Zucchini Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 very large zucchini;
- 250 g of ground meat;
- 1 can of tomato sauce;
- Parsley, salt, black pepper, onion and garlic to taste;
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella;
- Grated Parmesan cheese to taste;
- Basil to taste.

Preparation mode
Cut the zucchini into thin slices, like spaghetti, with the help of a good knife or vegetable slicer. Some are suitable for making vegetable spaghetti.
Cook the zucchini fillets in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain well and set aside.

Sauce
Put a little olive oil or oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
Place the ground beef, stirring to break up the large pieces.
When the meat is out of water, add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and some basil leaves.
Bring to a boil and turn off.
