Moringa(Moringa Oliveira) is tropical or subtropical plant belonging to a diverse genus native to Africa and southern Asia.

Benefits of Moringa
The leaves of Moringa has 7 times more vitamin(than oranges and has more potassium more than banana.It also has calcium, phosphorus which could help to keep the bones healthy and strong.

Moringa is also packed with antioxidants substances that can protect cells from been damaged and may boost the immune system.

Insulins like proteins found in Moringa may help lower blood sugar and could help in controlling diabetes.

Moringa leaf extract may lower fluid swelling and pain and it can also slow the growth of pancreatic cancer cells in the body. It could also combat infection's caused by Salmonella,Rhizopus,and E.coli.
