Ingredient

  • Bay-leaf (Syzygium polyanthum)
  • Pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius)
  • Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)
  • Cinnamon (Cinnamomum)

All ingredients are put into the bascom

Bring the water to a boil (20-25 minutes)


How to make 3 glasses.

  • Take 5 bay leaves
  • Take 2 pandan leaves then cut as desired
  • Take 4 lemongrass and crush a little
  • Take 2 pieces of cinnamon, or 1 slice
  • Put all the ingredients in the basin
  • Then add enough water
  • Then cook until boiling (15-20 minutes)

This natural medicine was made this afternoon, about 30 minutes before breaking the fast, me, sister and my mother drank it when we finished dinner.

After boiling, the color is almost like tea because the bay leaves used are a bit dry, the cover photo was taken a week ago, the bay leaves are still fresh


Because for the first time, before eating I drank a little to get to know the taste of this herb, the taste of lemongrass is more dominant, the rest is okay, I'm sure you can also drink this concoction.

For the record, we made this herb not using cinnamon because cinnamon can lower blood pressure and it's not good for my mother. The taste of natural medicine might be a little different if you use cinnamon and definitely the benefits are better too.
