Sometimes we pass a lot of things around us. I have often seen and never thought of anything, until one morning I noticed it because the dew on this plant, looks beautiful and the green leaves made me interested in taking some pictures for collection.

I was curious and started looking for information about this plant on internet and the results were really amazing.

Apparently, the leaves of this plant have been widely used as traditional medicine in India and China. Here's, I think the natural medicine community has encouraged me to gain new knowledge, especially about natural medicine, this is good.

Gotu Kola plants thrive in my home side yard


Centella Asiatica is easy to cultivate and propagate vegetatively. Gotu Kola plants in their natural habitat grow a lot in fields, plantations, roadsides and in yards. This plant, which originates from tropical Asia, prefers soil that is slightly moist, well-lit or somewhat sheltered. Okay, now let's look at some of the properties of this herbal plant.

You wash Gotu Kola leaves thoroughly under running water. Then, you mash Gotu Kola leaves until smooth and give a little water. After smooth, you squeeze and strain the collision Gotu Kola. You drink 1/4 cup of gotu kola water once a day for 14 days.
