Many activities have been happening on the farm since last month and we are moving forward. The weather is in our favor, the rain is falling every now and then.
With constant rain there is now enough water in the fish pond and I have already stock the fish in the pond. The water is coming in and going out at when due. And there is no causality and this is the time I was feeding them
More stems of the yams are also coming out the more. The more they comes out immediately I stake them that is, we put the stick to hold the stem of the yam so as not to rotten on the ground.
More so, the maize and melon are also doing great. The maize is now bring out its fruit and am sure within a month and half we will be harvesting the maize. Also the melon are growing well except some of them are getting rotten due too excessive water around the melon.
I have already added more livestock which is the rabbit. The rabbit have their own house and they are doing well. And I am taking my time to study them more so as to know how they grow, feed and other things.
Three weeks ago I planted jute leave and the rate at which they grow have been wonderful. The leaves come out fine and green. And we have been taking out of it for our personal use.
Furthermore, the cassava are going very well. Tye stem have started bringing out leave.
Finally I have used the first set of the palm kenbelto make palm oil. And new set are already out but are not yet ripe.
