Hola amigos, encontré este desafío y me animé a hacerlo, me parece una increíble forma de dar nuestra opinión acerca de como vemos el concepto espiritual en diferentes religiones y volvernos uno solo, comprendernos, aprender del otro y principamente aceptarnos.	Hi friends, I found this challenge and I decided to do it, I think it is an incredible way to give our opinion about how we see the spiritual concept in different religions and become one, understand each other, learn from each other and mainly accept each other.

ESPIRITUALIDAD - SPIRITUALITY

Yo pienso que todos los seres humanos somos energía que fluye, que se divide o se vuelve a unir, por eso fácilmente podemos sentirnos incompletos cuando estamos tristes o enfermos, y muy plenos y radiantes cuando estamos felices.	I think that all human beings are energy that flows, divides or rejoins, so we can easily feel incomplete when we are sad or sick, and very full and radiant when we are happy.

Para mí, mi familia es una fuente de energía constante que me recarga cuando estoy cerca de ellos y por eso soy tan feliz cuando los visito, y también podría destacar que estar en la casa de mi abuela es encantador.	For me, my family is a constant source of energy that recharges me when I am around them and that is why I am so happy when I visit them, and I could also point out that being at my grandmother's house is lovely.

Estar en un lugar lejos de los celulares, computadoras e internet, es conectarse con uno mismo, tener tiempo para ver lo valioso de la vida, disfrutar los buenos momentos al lado de personas que amamos, y recargar nuestras energías para volver al trabajo o escuela, y esa desconexión es algo que en mi opinión muchas personas necesitan para sonreír.	To be in a place away from cell phones, computers and internet, is to connect with oneself, to have time to see what is valuable in life, to enjoy the good moments with people we love, and to recharge our energies to go back to work or school, and that disconnection is something that in my opinion many people need to smile.

He tenido la oportunidad de experimentar mi experiencia mística cuando estoy sola y puedo escuchar el sonido de las hojas, y sentir como toda la energía de la madre tierra fluye a través de mi para limpiarme de energías negativas, y sanarme.	I have had the opportunity to experience my mystical experience when I am alone and I can hear the sound of the leaves, and feel all the energy of mother earth flowing through me to cleanse me of negative energies, and heal me.

La casa de mi abuela queda a las afueras de la ciudad donde vivo, en una hacienda más allá de las montañas, ubicada en el Estado Sucre, por temas de cuarentena no puedo ir tanto como antes, pero cada vez que puedo me aseguro de disfrutar mi experiencia y mi momento al máximo.	My grandmother's house is on the outskirts of the city where I live, in a hacienda beyond the mountains, located in Sucre State, due to quarantine issues I can't go as much as before, but every time I can I make sure to enjoy my experience and my moment to the fullest.

Me encanta caminar con mi mamá y mi abuela, a ver crecer las plantas de café y ver su evolución, en la hacienda de mi abuela se siembran diversas frutas pero en especial se encuentra muchísimo café.	I love to walk with my mother and grandmother, to watch the coffee plants grow and see their evolution, in my grandmother's farm they grow different fruits but especially a lot of coffee.

La recomendación que les puedo dar es que aunque sea una vez al mes, salgan y dejen su pc, su celular, o cualquier medio electrónico que tengan, se vayan a un lugar lleno de aire puro, árboles y mucha paz, y se conecten con ustedes mismos, para que sientan como la energía de la madre tierra fluye a través de ustedes llenándolos de energía positiva y sanándolos de todos sus males.	The recommendation I can give you is that even once a month, go out and leave your pc, your cell phone, or any electronic media you have, go to a place full of fresh air, trees and peace, and connect with yourself, to feel how the energy of mother earth flows through you, filling you with positive energy and healing you of all your ills.
