ey, folks! It's been a while since I posted a full article from my personal account, time to get back to it. First things first: I've decided to put my daily Rune readings on hold indefinitely. I've been publishing them for about a year and they've been amazing, I know many of you loved those readings and perhaps even found them necessary, I'm deeply thankful for the support; eventually, I may resume that service in some other form.

I had to stop because of the investment of time and energy it required of me, and also because I felt that, for now, my training with the Runes has reached a point of balance which no longer demands that daily practice. Since I don't need to make that investment anymore, I can reclaim that space and focus my attention in other tasks, which is something I routinely do with as many aspects of my life as possible. This is what I want to talk about in this post: how the awareness of our energy flows can contribute to better mental health.

Now, I say mental health because that's the topic we're working on in the community at the moment, but the truth is that health is health, it encompasses our entire being. Although our existence is made up of many systems working simultaneously, ultimately each of those systems is just a part of the larger system of our reality which, in turn, is a part of the much larger system of the world. When we talk about the Mind, we're therefore talking about the Body and the Spirit too.

houghts, emotions, spiritual revelations, physical manifestations, movement, concepts, ideas... all of these things are the same: energy. It vibrates at different scales and resonates with different codes, but its essence remains. We manipulate our energy in all sorts of ways constantly, and we can either increase our levels of energy or deplete them, but what we can't do is split them apart in different niches, we only have one reactor core so to speak, which powers all of our being. So when we deplete our energy physically, we're also depleting it mentally and emotionally. As a general rule of thumb, the higher our energy levels, the higher we vibrate and, conversely, the less energy we have, the lower we vibrate.

All health issues are low vibration located somewhere in our system, and reflected all over the rest. When our bodies are uncomfortable or when we're in pain, we're more prone to anger, sadness and fear, which in turn fuel intrusive thoughts, guilt and oppression that end up increasing our physical displeasure and boosting the emotional restrictions, and so on and so forth. Similarly, positive feelings and sensations promote betterment and enhancement. We have the capacity to choose which patterns to reinforce and which to abandon, and that leads me to another point.

magine that you're surrounded by a sphere made up entirely of thin threads of light, like a force field. Each thread connects you with other spheres, other entities with their own electromagnetic fields and resonances, their own threads vibrating like strings of a musical instrument, each with their own notes, pitches, colors and intensity, so the stronger the vibration, the brighter the light and sharper the color, and the more energy flows through that thread.

These entities can be places, objects, people, activities, and most connections are established unconsciously, sometimes to our detriment. If we're seeking to improve our health, we must strive to bring these connections to the surface and study them to see how the threads are working. This isn't easy, it requires a lot of training and we must be prepared to accept (and be thankful for) difficult answers and decisions. Perhaps the root of the anxiety you've been feeling is a sense of frustration at your job plus the resistance to leave and find something else to do. Perhaps there are changes to your diet that you've been putting off, or a tough conversation that you must have with a loved one. The things you ignore or resist tend to go off-balance, developing Dissonance and Shadow that affect the entire orchestra of your life. Some strings may need to be fine-tuned or struck more firmly, others may have to be silenced altogether.

Health is an expression of Equilibrium, Truth, Peace, Freedom, Pleasure, Love. In general, the things that inspire you, that make you dream and add wonder to your life, will keep you healthy and empower your energy. In your study of the Flow, try to find something to learn and to love in everything that you're experiencing. If you can't find it in a specific connection, then reconsider it, maybe the investment you're putting there could be redirected to other areas.

side from the issues that we have to deal with because of our ancestry, programming, upbringing, context and the like, there's another important study to make: our exposure to the vibrations around us. We often don't realize how much noise we're letting into our lives from the outside, overburdening ourselves with other people's troubles, consuming poor or excessive information, choosing to remain in stressful environments, etc. Moreover, we may be unwittingly inviting harmful influences with our actions, words and thoughts.

In the process of reviewing your energy, you may find that you've been accumulating a destabilizing amount of open channels that are introducing all sorts of issues to your sphere, like pests that further diminish your ability to act effectively in other areas of your life. In that case, you need to set up defenses and consciously change the vibration wherever necessary. Clean up your home and all the spaces you spend considerable time in; get rid of objects that discomfort you and people/groups that weigh you down; take care of how you speak and the words you use.

A healthier Mind is also a healthier Body and Spirit. The more aware we are of how our energy is moving and where, the easier we'll see the ailments, points of tension and conflicts that affect us, and each of those we resolve leaves us with more energy to tackle the others. All of the elements mentioned in this article can be complementary to any clinical treatment or therapy that you choose to undergo. Always remember that you don't have to do it alone.
