The power of "sorry"

Since last week there has been a lot of movement in my life and only when this one started did I notice that I'd been living under a kind of opaque shroud that filtered the quality of the Light, so to speak. In other words, my emotions weren't in an optimal vibrational state and this was also associated with the state of the weather in my city, with lots of rain and heaviness. I could see the imbalance after an important incident last weekend with @riverflows, and yesterday I faced another incident with @phoenixwren. In both cases I had to apologize, something that's fortunately effortless to me now, after some serious personal work.

Knowing how to say sorry is one of the capacities that I treasure the most in my development, it resolves almost all conflicts and promotes the growth of productive and honest relationships. In the communication with other people and the world many obstacles may be revealed, such as the differences in language, culture or personal habits, but none is as difficult to identify and overcome as Pride, especially because we tend to confuse it with self-esteem. I used to hate not being right, in my mind it was equal to not being as smart or wise as I thought I was, so apologizing was a whole process and I left many wounds unhealed because of that, surely all readers understand that at some level. However, now I know that there's enormous power and wisdom in bowing the head and accepting mistakes, it strengthens me and expands my respect.

I want to use this medium to inspire you to seek out all those people to whom you feel you owe an apology and have a conversation with them. If you can't do that because of distance or simply because the contact was lost, you can perform a ritual or meditation exclusively for that, where you connect with these individuals and utter the necessary words. If you feel these people also trespassed against you, you can use this mechanism to explain them why, I assure you the results from an energetic standpoint will be the same and that, upon finishing, you'll feel a lot more calm.

El poder del "lo siento"

Desde la semana pasada mi vida se ha movido bastante y sólo cuando comenzó esta fue que noté que había estado viviendo bajo una suerte de manto opaco que filtraba la calidad de la Luz, por decirlo de algún modo. En otras palabras, mis emociones no estaban en estado vibracional óptimo y esto además estaba asociado al estado del clima en mi ciudad, con mucha lluvia y pesadez. Pude ver el desbalance luego de un incidente importante el fin de semana con @riverflows, y ayer enfrenté otro incidente con @phoenixwren. En ambos casos me tocó disculparme, algo que por fortuna no me cuesta mucho ahora, luego de un buen trabajo personal.

Saber pedir disculpas es una de las capacidades que más atesoro de mi desarrollo, resuelve casi todos los conflictos y promueve el crecimiento de relaciones productivas y honestas. En la comunicación con otras personas y el mundo pueden revelarse muchos obstáculos como las diferencias de lenguaje, cultura o costumbres personales, pero ninguno es tan difícil de identificar y superar como el Orgullo, en especial porque lo solemos confundir con la autoestima. A mí me molestaba mucho no tener la razón, en mi mente equivalía a no ser tan inteligente ni sensato como creía que era, así que disculparme era todo un proceso y dejé muchas heridas sin sanar por eso, seguramente todos los lectores entienden ésto a algún nivel. No obstante, ahora sé que hay enorme poder y sabiduría en bajar la cabeza y aceptar los errores, me fortalece y expande mi respeto.

Quiero aprovechar este medio para inspirarlos a buscar a aquellas personas a las que sienten que les deben una disculpa y tener una conversación con ellas. Si no pueden hacerlo por la distancia o simplemente porque el contacto se ha perdido, pueden realizar un ritual o una meditación exclusivamente para eso, donde se conecten con estos individuos y pronuncien las palabras necesarias. Si sienten que esas personas también cometieron una falta contra ustedes, pueden usar este mecanismo para explicarles por qué, les aseguro que los resultados desde el punto de vista energético serán los mismos y que al culminar, se sentirán mucho más tranquilos.
