Cure for Auto-immune Issues: All linked to Candida

Here is a protocol I learned which I am currently undergoing myself after a recent bout of being prescribed antibiotics. I learned this after almost 15 years of ongoing research, 10 of which I suffered from various auto-immune issues to include:

  • Psoriasis
  • non-specific Prostatitis
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Sinusitis

This protocol should be strict in the first 4 weeks and you can apply it for up to 12 weeks. For me, it worked and it was almost like a miracle. I believe this can cure a lot of things such as:

  • Candida Overgrowth
  • Lyme Disease
  • Food Allergies
  • Most Auto-Immune Issues

A lot may be skeptical but I am living proof and during the 10 years I suffered from what I believe was caused by being overly prescribed antibiotics, it worked. I haven't felt any of the symptoms associated to what I've outlined above until recently, when I was yet again prescribed antibiotics which I wish I never took, but maybe I needed to live this life style again.

The last time I went through this strict protocol my health was quite well and my resting heart rate was in the low to mid 40 range for almost the entire period.


As part of this protocol I combine strict diet in addition to a supplement regiment, both of which are critical and it's important to not cheat ever if you want to see results. I literally ate the same thing everyday for about 6 weeks.

Breakfast Smoothie

Step 1

  • 8 oz of water
  • 1 half of fresh squeezed lemon (this prevents oxidation of the greens)
  • 1 handful of Baby Kale or Spinach
  • 1 organic Avocado (these are usually smaller)

Then you will blend this...

Step 2

  • 1 Tsp of Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp of Cacao Powder
  • 6-8 Oz of Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1-2 Tbspn of Caprylic Acid (this is the good part of coconut oil)
  • 1 Tsp of Spirulina Powder
  • 2-3 Scoops of Goat Milk Protein (do not use Cow Protein of any kind)

Lunch + Dinner

For lunch and dinner you will follow the Autoimmune Paleo Diet. Basically eating protein (limiting pork, excluding shellfish) and non-starchy vegetables, basically if it's green it's ok.

Supplementation Protocol

As part of this as I mentioned it's critical to include supplements which I will list out. My favorite brand for any supplement is Thorne Research, but you can DYOR on which supplements you may prefer or that fit your budget. I've experimented a bit with them too over the years.

List of Supplements

  • Allimed/Alimax - Basically any type of Allicin (this is a byproduct of Garlic)
  • Candex
  • Undecenoic Acid - Otherwise sold as Thorne SF722
  • Strong Probiotic - 50 Billion
  • Latero-Flora (this is also a type of probiotic)
  • Omega 3 Fatty Acid
  • Vitamin C
  • Oil of Oregano
  • Multivitamin
  • Colostrum (Goats Milk Source)

What's also important with supplementation is timing, and if you google this stuff you won't always find these kind of details but I believe timing makes supplements even more effective from the research I've done over 15 years on this specific subject.

Supplement Daily Timeline

First thing when you wake up

On an empty stomach you will take:

  • 2x Latero-Flora
  • 2x Candex
  • Probiotic


  • Make Breakfast Smoothie (as seen above)
  • Take 1x Allicin (aka Allimed, Alli-Max)
  • Undecenoic Acid - Otherwise sold as Thorne SF722
  • 4 Fish Oil, i.e. Omega 3 Fatty Acid
  • Vitamin C
  • Drink Breakfast Smoothie, then take Oil of Oregano


Eat following Auto-Immune Paleo Diet, post meal:

  • 1x Allicin (aka Allimed, Alli-Max)
  • Undecenoic Acid - Otherwise sold as Thorne SF722
  • Oil of Oregano

Between Lunch-Dinner on Empty Stomach

I would perform this step usually on the way back from work about an hour before dinner and take:

  • 2-4 Candex
  • 1x Allicin (aka Allimed, Alli-Max)
  • Undecenoic Acid - Otherwise sold as Thorne SF722


Eat following Auto-Immune Paleo Diet, post meal:

  • Multivitamin
  • Oil of Oregano

Moment Before Bed, on an Empty Stomach

  • Take Colostrum (Goats Milk Source)
  • Take Probiotic
  • Drink Water with 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (for detoxification of liver)


Throughout this protocal it's important to drink way more water than you normally would, about 4 times the normal amount recommended. More importantly though, it's important to sweat so I would recommend:

  • Hot Sauna
  • Steam Room
  • Hot Yoga
  • Sitz Baths (any hot bath will work)


Following this protocol literally changed my life and I'm actually going through it yet again. It cured me of Sinusitis too which I didn't even plan on, that wasn't a huge problem but I lived with that since I had surgery as a child.

Though I've never had Lyme disease, I actually came up with some ideas of this protocol from a guy named Anthony DiClemente who cured himself of Lyme. I believe Lyme is a series of co-infections which I think is partly due to fungal overgrowth.

What this protocol focuses on though is something western medicine does not, which is fungal overgrowth in the body. Yeast infections is just one example and men can suffer from these symptoms too, usually seen in some type of auto-immune issue.

I am no a doctor, but I've seen over 20 doctors and spent almost 100k over a ten year period before I finally gave up. I was on various antibiotics for over 3 years which I think made it so much worse and that's the problem in my opinion with going to the doctor. They want to give you a magic pill and answer all your problems, but is anything in life ever that simple?

I don't think it is and when I finally disciplined myself to follow this strictly I cured myself. It wasn't until I took antibiotics that I was effected by psoriasis again recently and because of the 10 year nightmare I went through, I'm following this again.
