Buenas noches compañeros de Hive Blog hoy les quiero compartir un poco mi experiencia al usar la planta de sábila ( aloe vera), ya que yo era una persona que sufría de mucho acné en el rostro y otras partes del cuerpo como el cuello y la espalda.
Good evening, fellow Hive Blog, today I want to share with you my experience using the aloe plant (aloe vera), since I was a person who suffered from a lot of acne on my face and other parts of the body such as neck and back .
Fui a varios dermatólogos para ver que me recomendaban, me realizaron una limpieza facial, pero solo funcionaba pocos días.
I went to various dermatologists to see what they recommended, they performed a facial cleansing, but it only worked for a few days.
Luego seguía asistiendo a los dermatólogos y me recomendaban cremas faciales, jabones y algunos medicamentos pero no funcionaba, me seguían brotando los acné. Hasta que un día un amigo me recomendó aplicarme la sábila (aloe vera).
Then I kept going to dermatologists and they recommended face creams, soaps and some medications but it didn't work, I kept getting acne. Until one day a friend recommended that I apply aloe vera.
Deje de ir al dermatólogo y comencé a aplicarme la planta ya nombrada anteriormente. Fui a mi jardín y corte una penca de sábila y la deje unos 10 minutos para que escurriera el yodo que es un líquido entre naranja y amarillo que comienza a gotear al momento de cortarla.
I stopped going to the dermatologist and began to apply the plant already named above. I went to my garden and cut a stalk of aloe vera and left it for about 10 minutes to drain the iodine, which is an orange-yellow liquid that begins to drip when it is cut.
Luego al ver que ya no goteaba más procedí a terminar de cortarla en cuadros grandes para sacar los cristales de la planta (parte trasparente) comencé a lavarlos y los fui colocando en un plato.
Then when I saw that it was no longer dripping, I proceeded to finish cutting it into large squares to remove the crystals from the plant (transparent part), I began to wash them and I was placing them on a plate.
Primero procedí a lavarme la cara con jabón las llaves (es su nombre comercial en Venezuela) después me seque la cara y comencé aplicarme los cristales de la sábila y me lo deje unos 20 minutos para ver si no era alérgico a la planta y para que mi piel se fuera acostumbrando. Luego procedí a retirármelo con el jabón ya nombrado.
First I proceeded to wash my face with soap the keys (it is its commercial name in Venezuela) then I dried my face and began to apply the aloe vera crystals and I left it for about 20 minutes to see if I was not allergic to the plant and why my skin was getting used to it. Then I proceeded to remove it with the soap already named.
Dure una semana aplicándomelo solo por 20 minutos es importante que nos lo apliquemos solo en la noche ya que los rayos solares nos pueden hacer daño.
Last a week applying it only for 20 minutes, it is important that we apply it only at night since the sun's rays can harm us.
Después al ver que no era alérgico comencé aplicármelo todas las noches, me acostaba a dormir y en las mañanas me lo retiraba.
Later, when I saw that I was not allergic, I began to apply it every night, I went to bed to sleep and in the morning I removed it.
Luego de un mes vi los resultados la piel se me aclaro mucho más y ya no tenía tanto acné en la cara, fue algo maravilloso.
After a month I saw the results, my skin cleared up much more and I no longer had so much acne on my face, it was something wonderful.
Después que use la sábila vi muchos resultados. Les recomiendo a las personas que tengan mucho acné que comiencen a utilizarlo y verán los resultados.
After I used aloe vera, I saw a lot of results. I recommend that people who have a lot of acne start using it and they will see the results.
