Today I picked a fruit from my own garden
This fruit is called Chayote
All plants and leaves are green
A tree can produce many fruits
The taste is sweet
This fruit can be cooked and eaten
Some eat it naturally without cooking
I have been planting this tree for a year
Now you can start picking fruit
I got a lot of fruit today
Some were distributed to neighbors
They love it too
They also like this fruit
I will cook some of it in my house

ဒီအသီးနာမည်ကို Chayote လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်
အပင်အရွက် အသီးအားလုံး အစိမ်းရောင်ရှိပါတယ်
အပင်တစ်ပင်ကို အသီးပေါင်းများစွာ သီးနိုင်ပါတယ်
အရသာက ချိုတဲ့အရသာရှိပါတယ်
ဒီအသီးကို ချက်ပြုတ်စားသုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်
တစ်ချို့ကတော့ သဘာဝအတိုင်း မချက်ပြုတ်ဘဲ သုတ်စားကြပါတယ်
ငါဒီအပင်ကို စိုက်ခဲ့တာ တစ်နှစ်ရှိပါပြီ
အခုဆိုရင် အသီးတွေ စတင်ခူးယူနိုင်ပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်
ဒီနေ့ အသီးတွေ အများကြီး ရပါတယ်
တစ်ချို့ကိုတော့ အိမ်နီးနားချင်းတွေကို ဝေပေးလိုက်တယ်
သူတို့လည်း ဒီအသီးကိုရလို့ သိပ်သဘောကျနေတယ်
သူတို့လည်း ဒီအသီးကို ကြိုက်ကြတယ်
တစ်ချို့တစ်ဝက်ကိုတော့ ငါ့အိမ်မှာ ချက်ပြုတ်စားပါမယ်
