OREGANON
Among the natural remedies, oregano is one of the most used in the family environment, because it offers health benefits as it contains vitamins A, C, E and K, as well as fiber, folate, iron, magnesium, vitamin B6, calcium and potassium.
Oreganon can be used to treat gastrointestinal disorders, menstrual cramps, ear pain, bronchitis, muscle aches, allergies, fatigue and urinary tract disorders. It can also be used topically to treat skin conditions such as acne and dandruff. Excellent to soothe flu ailments, as it is expectorant and calms excess phlegm.
This plant can grow between 50 and 70 cm high, its leaves are oval, with toothed margins, green and velvety appearance, when in contact with the leaf there is a rich smell. Easy to reproduce, it does not need special care, it should receive sunlight and daily watering.
