¿Qué es la espiritualidad para Mi?
La espiritualidad para mi es esa energía intangible pero manifestadora, que te revitaliza y te invita a conectar con tu esencia, a descubrir quien eres y te hace comprender el verdadero significado de la vida ya que nacimos como seres espirituales, también nos ayuda a conectar con tu inconsciente, esa energía siempre está allí, nadie nace sin ella, podemos ignorarla como también la podemos potenciar, ignorarla implicaría no reconocer la dualidad de nuestro ser y es cuando surgen esas interrogantes como por ejemplo: ¿Por qué me pasa esto a mi?, es decir, cuando creamos nuestra realidad de manera inconsciente y olvidamos que la espiritualidad vive dentro de nuestro ser.

Spirituality for me is that intangible but manifesting energy that revitalizes you and invites you to connect with your essence, to discover who you are and makes you understand the true meaning of life since we were born as spiritual beings, it also helps us to connect with your unconscious, that energy is always there, nobody is born without it, we can ignore it as we can also enhance it, ignoring it would imply not recognizing the duality of our being and that is when these questions arise such as: Why does this happen to me? , that is, when we unconsciously create our reality and forget that spirituality lives within our being.
¿Cómo experimento mi espiritualidad?
Mi espiritualidad comenzó desde niña, siempre he sido una buscadora que ha estado en varias religiones buscando respuestas, me di cuenta después de tanto investigar que para experimentar mi espiritualidad fue necesaria una introspección profunda, la conexión con mi ser, con mi yo superior, aprendí que dentro de mí están todas las respuestas. Perdonarme, perdonar, aceptar y rendirme fueron claves para mi desarrollo espiritual.

My spirituality began as a child, I have always been a seeker who has been in various religions looking for answers, I realized after so much research that to experience my spirituality a deep introspection was necessary, the connection with my being, with my higher self, I learned that within me are all the answers. Forgiving, forgiving, accepting and surrendering were key to my spiritual development.

En una de las tantas búsquedas espirituales recibí un mensaje, lo interprete como una revelación, les contare:
En una ceremonia de Santo de la religión Yoruba de un familiar, estaba con mi hija de 9 años, ella como niño curioso estaba jugando por los pasillos, escuche de pronto una voz fuerte de una persona, un hombre que me dice: ¿Quién es la Madre de esta niña? y respondo - SOY YO, hay algún problema?- me dijo, esta niña nació para una misión muy importante y bonita, pero si tu no despiertas ella nunca cumplirá su propósito. Me quedé unos segundos reflexionando sobre aquello y le pregunté al Caballero - ¿Por qué usted dice eso? - y él me respondió, disculpe señora, yo no he dicho nada. En ese momento sentí que algún ser superior me envió un mensaje a través de esa persona, agradecí mentalmente el mensaje y oficialmente empecé a buscar mi camino.
Investigué, estudié y practiqué varias religiones pero ninguna saciaba mi sed de respuestas, las doctrinas religiosas causaban en mí mucha molestia e incomodidad. Descubrí una religión llamada Wicca y asenté mis bases con ella, pero luego de un tiempo tampoco era mi camino, decidí aceptar todo lo bueno de las religiones que conocí y desechar lo que no me gustaba y fue justo en ese momento que me convertí en una bruja irreverente.
Entendí que ser llamada bruja no era lo que todo el mundo creía, estoy en armonía con el universo y con la naturaleza, celebro sus ciclos y sus fiestas (rueda del año) llamados Sabbast (fiestas del Sol, Solsticios, Equinoccios y puntos medios) y Esbats (13 lunas llenas anuales). Estudie tarot predictivo y tarot Nueva conciencia, Astrología y soy facilitadora de círculo de mujeres, actualmente aún continuo en constante estudio de la magia y sus elementos, ritualizo en cada fase de la luna y manejo las energías para la prosperidad y evolución desde el amor y la conciencia. Cada Día me esfuerzo muchísimo en aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en mi vida cotidiana y con mi familia. Acepto e integro cada conocimiento con el corazón y desde la plataforma del Amor.
Respeto cada religión por la que pase y agradezco que gracias a esas experiencias hoy soy la mujer que soy.

I discovered a religion called Wicca and laid my foundations with it, but after a while it was not my path either, I decided to accept all the good things about the religions that I knew and discard what I did not like and it was just at that moment that I became a irreverent witch.
I understood that being called a witch was not what everyone believed, I am in harmony with the universe and with nature, I celebrate its cycles and its festivals (wheel of the year) called Sabbast (festivals of the Sun, Solstices, Equinoxes and midpoints) and Esbats (13 full moons per year). I studied predictive tarot and tarot New Consciousness, Astrology and I am a facilitator of a women's circle, currently I am still in constant study of magic and its elements, I ritualize in each phase of the moon and manage the energies for prosperity and evolution from love and awareness. Every day I make a great effort to apply the knowledge I have acquired in my daily life and with my family. I accept and integrate each knowledge with my heart and from the platform of Love.
I respect every religion that I go through and I am grateful that thanks to those experiences, today I am the woman that I am.

¿Qué práctica recomendaría para lograr una conexión o desarrollo espiritual?
Primero debemos entender que para lograr un desarrollo espiritual debemos vaciar nuestra mente, tratar de olvidar lo que “creemos saber” para así con una mente más flexible y abierta explorar nuevos conceptos, nuevos conocimientos y que este proceso te permita colocar en una balanza tus viejas creencias con los nuevos paradigmas a los que te estás enfrentando, estimulando así el pensamiento crítico. Esto también hace que puedas identificar hasta qué punto una creencia te limita o te hace crecer, es el proceso donde tu mismo vas definiendo tu nuevo camino.
Una vez una persona muy sabia me dijo: En tu Respiración está tu vida y si es verdad, pero de la manera que me lo explicaron adquiere mucho sentido por que fue bastante profundo. La respiración es el primer ejercicio con el cual tu inicias el proceso de conectar contigo mismo mediante la meditación. Dato curioso: El 90% de los seres humanos respiramos mal.
Respirar, meditar, Leer, investigar, estudiar mucho y tratar de aplicar ese conocimiento en la vida, es así como se obtiene la llave del saber en las manos.
What practice would you recommend to achieve spiritual connection or development?
First, we must understand that to achieve spiritual development we must empty our mind, try to forget what we "think we know" so that with a more flexible and open mind, explore new concepts, new knowledge and that this process allows you to weigh your old ones beliefs with the new paradigms that you are facing, thus stimulating critical thinking. This also allows you to identify the extent to which a belief limits you or makes you grow, it is the process where you define your new path yourself.
Once a very wise person told me: Your Breath is your life and if it is true, but the way they explained it to me makes a lot of sense because it was quite deep. Breathing is the first exercise with which you begin the process of connecting with yourself through meditation. Fun fact: 90% of human beings breathe badly.
Breathing, meditating, reading, researching, studying a lot and trying to apply that knowledge in life, this is how you get the key to knowledge in your hands.
¿Qué impacto tiene una vida espiritual en los procesos de curación?
Para mi es totalmente fundamental la espiritualidad en los procesos de curación, en mi experiencia he sanado con la espiritualidad, ella me ha enseñado a vibrar alto, cuando digo Alto estoy hablando en términos de frecuencias, las cuales están relacionadas directamente con lo que pensamos.
Pasé por un proceso depresivo donde mi vibración era baja, causando malestares, dolores, anemias, faltas de apetito etc. Después de un tiempo de soledad empecé a conectar con mi espiritualidad, a relacionarme con personas sanadoras que me ayudaron a crecer, subí bastante mi vibración y con ella vino la sanación total. Si no tenemos espiritualidad la sanación será muy lenta o nula.
Considero que en estos tiempos de desesperanzas, de miedo, guerras, plagas, virus y bacterias, lo único que nos mantendrá vivos es la Espiritualidad.
What impact does a spiritual life have on the healing processes?
For me spirituality is totally fundamental in the healing processes, in my experience I have healed with spirituality, it has taught me to vibrate high, when I say High I am speaking in terms of frequencies, which are directly related to what we think.
I went through a depressive process where my vibration was low, causing discomfort, pain, anemia, lack of appetite etc. After a time of solitude I began to connect with my spirituality, to relate to healing people who helped me grow, I raised my vibration a lot and with it came total healing. If we do not have spirituality, the healing will be very slow or nil.
I believe that in these times of despair, fear, wars, plagues, viruses and bacteria, the only thing that will keep us alive is Spirituality.
