Healing Green Smoothie

Best Breakfast Recipe

  • White and Red Chard leaves
  • 3 different types of lettuce leaf

Above ingredients are organic, picked yesterday from my garden, washed and stored in fridge.

Blend together with some filtered (or even better distilled) water.

Add one ripe banana + some Cacao (100% cacao - ideally non-alkalised) and blend again .

Add

  • i teaspoon of bee pollen
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of coconut cream

blend again.

Voila. Super healing, nutricious and delicious breakfast prepared in 5 minutes.
