Hello healthy foodies..
As always I joined the plant power cooking challenge week #10 by @justinparke and now, i used cocoa for one of ingredients banana bread
And also, im not using milk or egg.
Its 100% healty and #vegan.
On this occasion I want to make Banana bread is very simple using ingredients that are easy to get.
As you know in Indonesia oats are not the main commodity of agriculture, but not difficult to find.
Oats can be found at the nearest minimarket.
Well to make Banana bread today I tried to make Banana bread from Oats to be healthier..
For cocoa I use from van Holand because it's the most on the market.
Lets start cooking!!
Ingredients:
- 50gr Oat instant
- 10gr Cocoa powder
- 50gr Sugar
- 2 Bananas
- 100ml Olive oil
- 1stp Baking Powder
How to make banana bread:
- Crush bananas in a container using a fork, insert oats and cocoa powder. Mix well
- After the ingredients are well mixed, enter olive oil, sugar and baking powder.
- Layer the baking sheet using baking paper, so that it is easy to remove banana bread after it is cooked.
- Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150 oC over the bottom heat.
- Put the baking sheet containing the dough in the oven and leave for 30min.
- Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
- Banana bread ready to be served
The texture is so chewy, soft and creamy.
Banana bread is suitable for friends with one cup of coffee on your day foodies!!
