What do you know with vegetable kailan (chinesse kale) ?
For those who love chinese food certainly you are very familiar isn't it?
This vegetable is one type of vegetable that is in demand by restaurants chinesse food. The texture of the vegetables kailan make this vegetable is in demand because it is very unique and if in the bite feels like eating meat!

As you know, I have a mini yard that is filled with vegetables hydroponics. One of them I growing kailan with hydroponics.
I choose vegetables kailan grown in a hydroponic system because this plant has a great shape, so if its shape is large will take more place.

I planting of kailan like plantin pakcoy, morakor and caisim. The same treatment makes it easy in the sowing to harvesting this vegetable.
Ppm is required the same as appears in that is 1000-1400 ppm.
I grow in a hydroponics with wijk system. Utilizing the waste styrofoam and put on some other equipment such as:
AbMix as fertilizer, Netpot and Rockwool as a growing media.

The process from sowing to harvesting requires time 35 - 40 days. The sowing of the seeds need time 7 - 10 days, while having moved growing media requires time 30 - 35 days.

Benefit of Kailan

Type this vegetable we often find in the supermarket vegetable and fruit. Usually, these vegetables sauteed together with garlic, broth mushrooms, beef, oyster sauce and others. All parts are there in this vegetable can be eaten ranging from the leaf to the stem.

Kailan have a high nutritional value, even higher compared to broccoli or cauliflower. Not only that, a lot of nutrition and the benefits of kailan good for the body.

Kailan rich in calcium, vitamins, fiber, minerals and protein. The green color on the kailan contains vitamins A, C, E, and K are very high compared to other vegetables.
Kailan also has a high content of antioxidants that are good for the body. Then this vegetable has other benefits such as:

- To reduce the Levels of Cholesterol in the body

The fat deposits in the blood is very dangerous for the body that can cause stroke and heart attack. Vitamin K and fiber in kailan can reduce the levels of fat in the blood. So consume kailan in the amount of a balanced diet can reduce the risk of high cholesterol, and preventing strokes and heart attacks.

- Prevents Cancer Cells

Cancer is a deadly disease that is avoided by the people. Do you know that chlorophyll or green substance on the vegetables have antioxidants that are good for the body so that it can prevent cancer cells are dangerous. Kailan has a high antioxidant when consumed will produce the enzymes that can attack cancer cells.
