La pregunta que elegí responder del reto fue:
"¿Qué haces por el medio ambiente para ayudar a la Madre Tierra?"
Y mi respuesta mental fue, mi trabajo es el amor.
Soy del pensamiento que Gaia realmente no nos necesita, no somos sus propietarios sino sus huéspedes, por eso mi amoroso aporte a mejorar nuestro tránsito por esta experiencia es ayudar a expandir consciencias.
Una sociedad consciente será conformada por individuos respetuosos, de si mismos, de los otros, con consciencia de unidad y de impacto colectivo, eso es mucho más efectivo que realizar jornadas puntuales de recolección de basura o de protesta por la tala indiscriminada.
La respuesta es la educación.
Work of Love. Raising the Vibration
The question I chose to answer from the challenge was:
"What do you do for the environment to help Mother Earth?"
And my mental answer was, my work is love.
I am of the thought that Gaia does not really need us, we are not her owners but her guests, so my loving contribution to improve our transit through this experience is to help expand consciousness.
A conscious society will be conformed by respectful individuals, of themselves, of others, with consciousness of unity and collective impact, that is much more effective than carrying out punctual days of garbage collection or protesting against indiscriminate logging.
The answer is education.
Crianza consciente
Yo defiendo que el cambio real solo se logra desde nuestro metro cuadrado.
Sembrar para poder cosechar, ese es el proceso natural.
Cuando tenemos hijos o un rango mínimo de influencia lo mejor que podemos hacer es educar con el ejemplo.
A inicios de esta pandemia hace ya un año tuve una reflexión que les comparto.
El COVID-19 vino a mostrarnos la vulnerabilidad de un sistema al que le entregamos toda nuestra autonomía.
Nuestra salud, educación, alimentación, entretenimiento, incluso la manera de vivir la familia y el amor está condicionada por el "trabajo".
Cuando nos reencontramos en el confinamiento, nos topamos con la sorpresa de ser grandes desconocidos.
Perder fuentes de ingresos, reinventarse, adaptarse y aprender, ha sido parte del proceso donde inevitablemente todos cambiamos, aprendimos y crecimos.
Hacer un huerto urbano fue de nuestros primero proyectos como familia, cosa a lo que la escuela a distancia no ha ayudado, es el momento de los adultos tomar acción consciente en la educación de nuestros hijos y volver la mirada a lo realmente importante.
Inicié a documentarme sobre el proceso de compost, reciclaje de desechos y alimentación más natural, una dinámica en la que la familia se integró armoniosamente.

At the beginning of this pandemic a year ago I had a reflection that I share with you.
COVID-19 came to show us the vulnerability of a system to which we surrender all our autonomy.
Our health, education, food, entertainment, even the way we live our family and love is conditioned by "work".
When we find ourselves in confinement, we are surprised to find ourselves as great strangers.
Losing sources of income, reinventing ourselves, adapting and learning, has been part of the process where inevitably we all changed, learned and grew.
Making an urban garden was one of our first projects as a family, something that distance learning has not helped, it is time for adults to take conscious action in the education of our children and turn our eyes to what is really important.
I started documenting myself about the process of composting, recycling waste and eating more natural food, a dynamic in which the family was harmoniously integrated.
Sembrar amor
El trabajo amoroso, con energías y con consciencia es un trabajo de despertar diario. Me gusta llamarlo compromiso.
En mi diario vivir con clientes y pacientes, me gusta pensar que estoy sembrando una semilla de amor en alguien más, que me está ayudando a mirar otra parte de mi historia y yo en retribución le ayudo a transitar el proceso en acompañamiento amoroso.
Es una simbiosis.
Así me gusta ver nuestra relación con el planeta, no se trata solo de tomar y tomar... aprendamos a dar.
Hace justamente un año entendí que Gaia no nos necesita, ella ha sido perfecta durante miles de años sin nosotros, lo más humilde y amoroso que podemos hacer es permitirnos fluir con ella como maestra.
Desde la consciencia y sembrando esa semilla de amor en nuestros hijos y en nosotros mismos, tengo la convicción que en poco tiempo tendremos una sociedad más sensible, más conectada con el planeta, con su entorno, ahí bajarán los niveles de polución, de contaminación de derrames de hidrocarburos, la tala indiscriminada, la caza furtiva y se recuperarán las especies en peligro de extinción.
Todo inicia con el amor, enseñar a todos quienes puedas con tu propio ejemplo, una vibración elevada solo atrae elevados resultados.
Sowing love
Loving work, with energies and with consciousness is a daily awakening work. I like to call it commitment.
In my daily life with clients and patients, I like to think that I am sowing a seed of love in someone else, who is helping me to look at another part of my story and in return I help him or her to go through the process in loving accompaniment.
It is a symbiosis.
This is how I like to see our relationship with the planet, it is not just about taking and taking... let's learn to give.
Just a year ago I understood that Gaia does not need us, she has been perfect for thousands of years without us, the most humble and loving thing we can do is to allow ourselves to flow with her as a teacher.
From the consciousness and sowing that seed of love in our children and in ourselves, I am convinced that in a short time we will have a more sensitive society, more connected with the planet, with its environment, there will be lower levels of pollution, contamination from oil spills, indiscriminate logging, poaching and endangered species will recover.
Everything starts with love, teach everyone you can with your own example, a high vibration only attracts high results.
