Hello Hivers 💞

For me it is a pleasure again to write for you and participate in this great community full of lots of love, positive energy, good vibes, spirituality, healthy food and practices and much more ....

I deeply love this topic of spirituality, many things move inside me, for me spirituality is everything and nothing, you may ask, well, everything and nothing?

Yes for me it is everything and nothing because for me spirituality is something impalpable just like the wind that you can feel it but you can't see it you can even hear it and sometimes it is very easy to perceive the sound of the wind but we can't touch it even so you feel it you know it is there and you let yourself be enveloped by it.

I respect very much the beliefs of every person from my heart I say it with this post I do not want to make any religious attack or judge or criticize any person or his belief or religion that practices please wholeheartedly is not with the intention of hurting hearts that made this publication.

Having clarified this point with all my love then moved on to the next, around the world there are many religions and extremely religious people but they do not carry spirituality in their heart have not been busy feeding the spirit and make spiritual hygiene to connect with the source of the Divine call it God, Jehovah, Krishna, Divinity etc.. whatever you want to call it according to your beliefs or your practices, we all know that there is a superior force, that impalpable spirit but we know that it governs the threads of our lives, that light to which we connect or we try to stay connected because it is not easy either, the work is day after day.

Believe me it is day after day that we must nurture the spirit because it is easier to fall into darkness again, we must forge the heart ... I will use an example for what I have seen since I moved to Colombia about three years ago, it happens that I am specifically in Cartagena de India Colombia but from what I have seen is a very religious country there are many churches with a diversity of religions among themselves as the evangelical, Adventist if many churches that do not distinguish between one and another to be honest hahaha

I have seen many people who religiously go on the days that correspond to their meetings with their religious communities, some go on Saturdays, others on Sundays, in short, they are very meticulous about the image, the costumes and the color of the clothes they wear, even because some are dressed in a specific color.

Some of these people do not take care to do the same in their heart with their spirit to have that same neatness, that same light, to make that spiritual hygiene to clean the soul, the heart of selfishness, resentment, hatred, prejudice, criticism, gossip, attacks, some are xenophobic, and then I ask myself where is the spirituality of some of those people who go to the temples and gather in the name of a Divine force, in the name of God, Jehovah, whatever they call him, where is the love, the compassion that Jesus the teacher, the son of God, left as a teaching.

So for my religion it does not mean to be spiritual, for me it means to practice kindness, compassion and above all things gratitude, respect, acting from unconditional love keeps us connected with the Divine.

My aryuveda medicine teacher (I am doing a yoga certification for women and one of the modules is aryuveda medicine, so soon I will share with you about what I am doing) a few days ago she told us this phrase that stuck in my mind that we are all exactly the same as the Divine, it is said that we are created in the image and likeness of God, she says that we are qualitatively exact to the divinity that the divine is all of us in every living being.

When we look around us and learn to listen to the silence, to observe we can see that everything has its own spirit, the trees, the energy of the stones in fact they even have healing powers, the water, the spirit, the power of the earth of pachamama, the wind, everything is spiritual, when we learn to be in silence to observe we can connect with everything that may seem insignificant to some, but for others it can be life, the wind everything is spiritual when we learn to be in silence to observe we can connect with everything that may seem insignificant for some, but for others it can be life, for me it is to act from compassion, unconditional love, to live in gratitude when you are grateful you are able to see in what does not seem to be good positive things and great blessings.

Serving from love nourishes the spirit giving without expecting anything in return avoiding judgments living in harmony and balance, this makes me remember a few months ago I found in the networks a video of Sadhguru from India in which he spoke precisely of spirituality and he said that there are people who pray believe that praying is to be very spiritual praying is like ordering God what to do a list with orders that we want him to do for us.

to the Divinity that is not prayed to is listened to by connecting with that inner Being by doing introspection we are going to receive all that wisdom to be spiritual to get rid of all those negative energies and emotions such as hate, resentment, envy, gossip, intrigue? practice compassion and learn to have a balance between our light and our darkness because both live in us but if we learn to keep them in perfect balance that coexist together connected with the Divine, if I know it is not easy that work is day after day we must do introspection, learn to listen to that inner teacher the wisdom we already have we must remember it again with the divine Source, it is a work of evolution, perseverance and discipline but above all of unconditional love.

I am not a guru or enlightened, I do not know if I have the joy of becoming one, but for now I am just a being who lives on this earthly plane experiencing myself trying to connect through gratitude with my beings of light, my teachers, with the Father, I am a human being who has flaws, virtues, gifts, but working with my inner teacher, with the Father, virtues, gifts but working through tools to achieve the best version of me and serve humanity connected with that source of divine light that nourishes our spirit and strengthens our soul, making us more observant, compassionate, loving and kind every day.

I invite @lisfabian @care1869 to join this nice initiative.

Hola Hivers 💞
