This is one of the seven specifications offered, I chose the specification Lime or the more popular now with oranges besides being useful for cooking ingredients, lemon is also very beneficial for health, Hopefully this post can be useful.

Friends, this time I want to share a little about the benefits of lemon, this plant thrives in front of our house. This lemon tree was planted by our late father. It turns out that lemon fruit is very beneficial for our stomachs, especially during this Eid al-Fitr holiday, the consumption of meat which is more or less influential for digestion. In addition, the food we consume daily also contains a lot of preservatives that make our stomach and intestines by consuming lemon, the stomach and intestines can be cleaned.

Considering that it is so special to sacrifice, of course eating the sacrificial meat dish is also very special. Sometimes people who "abstain" from eating meat for health reasons, during the Hajj they take the time to take blessings by tasting beef and mutton. Moreover, those of us who are not abstaining from eating meat, of course, sometimes the portions become larger than usual.

Actually beef is not only delicious and tasty, beef also provides the nutritional needs that our bodies really need. Besides that, lemon is one of the best sources of vitamin C which can regulate your immunity. Moreover, during the current Covid-19 epidemic, vitamin C is one of the main factors to increase our immunity. Without adequate intake of vitamin C in the body, our immune system will not be able to survive to fight viruses and bacteria that live in the body.

Lemon juice with its natural aroma also makes us feel calm and relaxed so that it can increase the concentration of our thoughts.

The way to serve it is very easy, we just need to add lemon slices and grated lemon to warm water. We slice the lemon and the peel into a glass. Better yet, soak it for a while in the glass so that all the substance from the lemon wedge comes out. There are many benefits of pectin, the fiber found in the pulp and skin of the fruit.
