What kind of term should MGRC elected members expect when committing to the role?
This is an important upcoming decision that will be made by Zcash Community Advisory Panel representatives. I am one of many ZCAP representatives and I value your feed back as a Zcash end user on this decentralized governance process. This is a first of its kind organization in my opinion and the more insight the better the Quality of Service we will get from the MGRC community members the ZCAP reps choose to elect.

These individuals will be responsible for Reviewing Grants that represent 8% of each Zcash block reward.
- Short Term - 1 Year - Limited Pay
- Long Term - 3 Years - Paid Salary
