My Entry for SEAPHOTOGRAPHY WEEK #194: Gorgeous Kehena - Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - July 5, 2022

Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚

Today a few of us who live at The Sanctuary of The Blue Dragon decided to go to for a short visit to Kehena Beach, our local beloved Lower Puna black-sand (pulverized lava) beach, that has been traditionally clothing-optional since 1955. When people in Lower Puna talk about going to the beach, this is where they usually mean. Kehena is a gorgeous beach, though skill and care are needed to swim here, as the waves and currents can be quite strong and intense at times.

Kehena is my favorite beach by far, and I've had a special connection with it since I arrived on the Big Island four years, three months, and five days ago. I was taken to this exquisite beach an hour after I first set foot in the Island, and I've been in love with it ever since!

Here's the batch of photos that I took today, especially for the #SeaPhotography Contest! I hope y'all enjoy this little piece of heaven on earth! 🙏 💚

Thank you all so much for allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am deeply grateful! 🙏 💚
