Hey Hive!
Here is one of my favourite biking adventures, it was in Queenstown, NZ. I cycled around the river and just took a few random turns to see where I would end up, and wow! This view just blew me away! I could say it was quite remarkable! In-fact, it IS the remarkables! That is what this mountain range is called, and I sure can see why! :)
I wanted to get close to the Shotover River as I kept seeing it from that bridge in the picture below! There was a path and then a bit off off road, and I had this lovely area to myself :)
In this next picture, you can see (just) a waterfall to the left. This was fairly big, and rafters would be going over the edge! It was too fast flowing for swimming though!
They have jet boats regularly departing down this river to explore the canyon!:)
The rock formations were a beautiful light grey, and Staggering!:) water was so clear and fast flowing!
