I took a long bike ride out along our regional trail that runs past several marinas, and stopped to get pictures. After a very chilly August morning, the sun emerged and it was spectacular.
I just love seeing the boats rocking gently in the water, waiting for their owners to come and take them for a spin.
Eventually I did see a really nice boat trolling by.
A little later I got to the open water at a scenic overlook. It’s fun to watch the boats from the benches there, but they tend to be far away, so it’s not quite as great for photography. But I did capture a few pictures of seagulls.
