Hello dear friends, yesterday I had an irresistible desire to eat your risotto milanese, which always leaves me thinking about the two wonderful months I spent in Milan when I was 16 years old (it already seems to be another century). My Italian and also the rest these days with all the mistakes I'm making, but I love your language so much and I hope you can forgive me for them.
Here is my risotto from yesterday with chicory on the side (fried in a little oil, with salt, peppe and balsamic).
Eating this made me feel 16 again.
