_¡Feliz jueves para todos! Espero que estén teniendo una maravillosa semana y estén disfrutando al máximo de cada momento. Hoy me encuentro una vez más en esta hermosa comunidad para unirme a la iniciativa propuesta por @mllg titulada [¡Arriba ese ánimo!](https://ecency.com/hive-131951/@mllg/arriba-ese-animo-iniciativa-desde-mi-mapa-no-50-es-en) En su columna **Desde mi mapa**, y es que luego de leer a participación de mi amiga @alizmarpaola donde comparte su propia historia me he animado a contar la mía, porque como muchos también he pasado por ciertos momentos que mi estado anímico no ha sido el mejor de todos y lo único que me ha ayudado a sobrellevarlo es verle el lado positivo a todo, así que hoy les cuento un poco al respecto._

Today I am once again in this beautiful community to join the initiative proposed by @mllg titled [¡Give up that spirit!](https://ecency.com/hive-131951/@mllg/up-that-cheer-iniciativa-from-my-map-no-50-es-en) In her column **From my map**, and it is that after reading the participation of my friend @alizmarpaola where she shares her own story I have been encouraged to tell the mine, because like many I have also gone through certain moments in which my state of mind has not been the best of all and the only thing that has helped me to cope with it is to see the positive side of everything, so today I will tell you a little about it._

_Sin duda la vida tiene sus momentos buenos y malos pero por más difícil que sea el camino rendirse no es una opción, sin embargo, esto tampoco es muy fácil de lograr, pues, las situaciones difíciles tienen la peculiaridad de envolvernos y es eso lo que precisamente hace que sea un camino difícil de transitar pero está en nosotros saber reconocer cuando algo no anda bien y sin importar qué debemos mantener los ánimos lo más alto posible para que eso por lo que atravesamos no se apodere de nosotros porque incluso teniendo toda la ayuda del mundo y contando con mucho apoyo es difícil de superar si nuestro estado anímico no es el mejor, porque a mi parecer, sin ánimos no hay motivación y esto sin duda influye mucho._ _Debo decir que yo en lo personal me considero una persona muy optimista y positiva, que busca ver el lado de bueno de las cosas y sacarle algún provecho de ser posible pero también es cierto que muchas veces por más que lo intentemos no siempre podemos mantener una buena actitud ante todo aquello que se nos presenta en la vida, porque incluso nuestro día a día se convierte en una pesadilla si no actuamos a tiempo y con esto me refiero a que si dejamos que los problemas nos consuman será cada vez más difícil superarlos._

_Undoubtedly, life has its good and bad moments, but no matter how difficult the road may be, giving up is not an option, however, this is not very easy to achieve either, because difficult situations have the peculiarity of involving us and that is what precisely makes it a difficult road to travel but it is up to us to know how to recognize when something is not right and no matter what we must keep our spirits as high as possible so that what we are going through does not take over us because even with all the help in the world and with a lot of support it is difficult to overcome if our state of mind is not the best, because in my opinion, without encouragement there is no motivation and this undoubtedly influences a lot._ _I must say that I personally consider myself a very optimistic and positive person, who seeks to see the good side of things and take advantage of them if possible, but it is also true that many times, no matter how hard we try, we cannot always maintain a good attitude towards everything that is presented to us in life, because even our day to day becomes a nightmare if we do not act on time and by this I mean that if we let problems consume us it will be increasingly difficult to overcome them._

_Desde hace un tiempo he llegado a vivir diferentes situaciones que han debilitado mi estado emocional porque incluso la persona más fuerte se derrumba cuando las cosas no van bien y efectivamente yo no soy la excepción, gracias a eso he podido notar, o mejor dicho aprender que el estado anímico es parte clave para superar estos momentos de debilidad emocional, por lo que subir esos ánimos es lo que nos puede ayudar a superarlo. Por más difícil que sea lo que estoy enfrentando siempre encentro las maneras de elevar mis ánimos y para ello comienzo por ver el lado positivo de toda la situación en general, porque aunque no lo crean siempre hay un lado positivo e inclinarnos hacia él es nuestra mejor opción._ _Puede ser muy difícil mantener nuestros ánimos elevados cuando sentimos que estamos solos, no es para menos, pero debemos tener en cuenta que no siempre habrá alguien para ayudarnos en ese proceso y que muchas veces debemos ser nosotros mismos quienes se aplaudan y feliciten así como también somos los principales en darnos ánimos, en pensar que si se puede, no estancarse y avanzar, pero también pensar que merecemos un respiro, tomar un descanso no hará mal, el mundo no se va a acabar por tomarnos un tiempo para pensar y mejorar, porque de no hacerlo ponemos en riesgo nuestra salud emocional y eso es algo que no puede esperar._

_For some time I have come to experience different situations that have weakened my emotional state because even the strongest person collapses when things do not go well and indeed I am no exception, thanks to that I have been able to notice, or rather learn that Mood is a key part of overcoming these moments of emotional weakness, so raising those spirits is what can help us overcome it. No matter how difficult what I am facing is, I always find ways to raise my spirits and for this I start by seeing the positive side of the whole situation in general, because believe it or not, there is always a positive side and leaning towards it is our best option._ _It can be very difficult to keep our spirits up when we feel that we are alone, no wonder, but we must bear in mind that there will not always be someone to help us in this process and that many times we must be the ones who applaud and congratulate each other as well as we are the main ones in giving ourselves encouragement, in thinking that if it is possible, not to stagnate and move forward, but also to think that we deserve a break, taking a break will not hurt, the world is not going to end if we take time to think and improve, because if we don't do it, we put our emotional health at risk and that is something that cannot wait._
