_**Hello Foodies,**_ Happy Weekend to all cuties out there. Finally the vacations came with full mood on as we are having a very good weather these days. I also have some plans for this weekend where I have to go for grocery shopping and planned for the next Eid festival that is coming this 30th June. Let's see how it goes.. I'm going to share an amazing coffee related recipe that is known as Affogato. You must be familiar with this term if you are fond of coffee related stuff. I liked to have once a month but not liking it much because of its very strong flavour though we can eat it combined with ice cream. Basically, affagato is a combination of ice cream and coffee. I used homemade mango ice cream in this recipe while you can use any flavour. It is typically prepared with Vanilla Ice cream.

# Mango Icecream Affogato

This affogato is simple and easy to make but I would not suggest you to make if you are not a strong coffee lover. This coffee tastes bitter because of with no sugar but the ice cream has good flavour so you can eat is combined. Take a spoon of coffee along with ice cream to avoid bitterness.

## 💫 Method:
1. First off, you need to prepare a mango icecream if you are not going to buy from store 2. I already posted recipe of [Mango Ice Cream](https://hive.blog/icecream/@foodchunk/mango-ice-cream) which you can check and make at home 3. Take any small glass or dessert bowl, add ice cream scoops as much as you like and keep aside 4. Take another small glass, add instant coffee powder and hot water then beat it until it transformed into foam 5. Now pour this foamy coffee on top of the mango ice cream bowl 6. You can use espresso shot too if you have coffee machine available at home
