Firstly I would like to thank all FPL managers that are participating in this season #HIVE-FPL challenge. I have locked the 'HIVE-FPL' mini league on [FPL websie] so no new FPL team can join (https://fantasy.premierleague.com/). We have 15 FPL teams ready to fight for podium positions to win some HIVEs.
Weekly Update - #HIVE-FPL
@b0s (Legion Fc) scored the most points (65) in gameweek 8
Leader board: @b0s (Legion Fc) leading the #HIVE-FPL competition on 500 points, closely followed by @praz735u5 (Cool Moves) on 2nd place and in 3rd place @stevenson7 (Stevenson FC). The top 4 FPL teams keep changing order every gameweek.
Most FPL managers had an average game week as most of us had Salah as captain - the bulk of the scoring. CR7, Bruno and Lukaku had poor returns - I am thinking to sell Bruno. Congrats to FPL manager that had Firmino in their team. The Egyptian King had an outstanding game v Watford - What a game, the Egyptian KING scored another beauty!
Striker
Firmino scored 20 points Roberto Firmino scored the easiest hat-trick, right place at the right time. Pundits keep on saying that his time at Liverpool is over, as Liverpool bought Jota as a 'replacement'. But Bobby is more of a link between the two wingers.
1 FPL managers in our mini league had Bobby in their team. At £8.8 he might be an decent replacement for Lukaku and CR7 - costing a fraction of the price comparing to other expensive strikers and you will have money to spend on other positions
There was one other striker that scored decent amount of points in this gameweek; Harry Kane - Spurs (12).
Midfield
Salah scored 13 points Mohamed Salah scored the most points of the midfielders this gameweek. Salah had another amazing game for Liverpool - scoring a very similar goal in the Man City game just last week. This Egyptian KING is to HOT to handle. And he also assisted for Mane. Lets see this goal again. Click here
Congrats to the 10 FPL managers that captained Moe. I am not sure which goal is the better of the 2.

There were a few more midfielders that scored decent amount of points in this gameweek; John McGinn - Aston Villa (13), Bernardo Silva - Manchester City (11), Kevin De Bruyne - Manchester City (11) AND Youri Tielemans - Leicester (10)
Defender
Ogbonna scored 15 points Angelo Ogbonna and Benjamin Chilwell scored the most points for a defender in this game week. Both players scored the only goal in their respected games. Which means they received the bonus and clean-sheet points
There is no FPL manager in our mini league that has Ogbonna or Chilwell in their team. At £5.0 it seems like a steal not to have Ogbonna in your team. Ogbonna plays regular for West Ham but Chilwell only started 2 games for Chelsea
There were a few more defenders that scored decent amount of points in this gameweek; Lewis Dunk - Brighton (9)
Goalkeeper
Krul scored 9 points Brighton and Norwich played a goalless draw, Tim Krul made some amazing saves (3 in total) and received 2 bonus points
Tim Krul is not owned by any FPL managers in our mini League. At £4.5 it seems like a steal not to have him.
Keep in mind you ONLY get one free transfer and transfers after that will cost you 4 points
The season is still young and a few changes to your FPL team can make a real difference.
