Performing at Some Loose Assemblies at Hundred Years Gallery with Gwen Kassenaar

Hi Dance and Music Community,

Last Wednesday I had the opportunity to perform at Hundred Years Gallery with Gwen Kassenaar. It was a mixed night of three different artists performing a live drawing or painting with live music, and in Gwen's case live music and dance.

The first artists was Gerald Curtis, who actually used music that wasn't original.

This was followed by out performance.
we played with Thodoris Ziarka on bass, Loz Speyer on Trumpet and Andrew Lisle on drums.

My costume was a morph suit, which half of the audience thought was really cool and scared the other half.

OK ... I have to admit you have to get used to the look of it, but I really thought it worked.

then the last Artist was Claire Zakiewicz who was performing with Keizuke Matzui, Alan Wilkinson and Douglas Benford. She painted on a canvas stretched out on the floor with a blindfold on.

Here are a few seconds of her work.

We did two sets, since it is a very very small space and there was limited audience capacity.

I hope you liked this little insight into my performance life.
