My House XI / Mi Casa XI

I am very happy to be able to end the year at a good pace and even closer to the end of the project, this is a story that began here at HIVE and each stage has been a real challenge, where I have learned to fight against difficulties and have overcome thousands of obstacles, you have been the witnesses that all this great path that has been the construction of my house I am, but I am sure that this year 2023 the construction will end, the house will be inaugurated and our story here goes continues. The year is about to end, but fortunately the work does not stop and the construction works today reach a new point, the internal finishes begin to be a reality and little by little they are drawing the face of what will be my home and what better stage to close the year to be able to conclude the frieze of the entire lower part of the kitchen counters, to conclude the placement of blocks of the small tank in the office room and an advance of almost 90% in the installation of the bathroom ceramics, leaving only at this point the placement of the border and one more line of tiles.

Estoy muy feliz de poder terminar el año con buen ritmo y aun más cerca del final del proyecto, esta es una historia que comenzó aquí en HIVE y cada etapa ha sido un verdadero reto, en donde he aprendido a luchar contra las dificultades y he superado miles de obstáculos, ustedes han sido los testigos que todo este gran camino que ha sido la construcción de mi casa estoy, pero seguro de que este año 2023 la construcción va a finalizar, la casa se va a inaugurar y nuestra historia acá va continua. El año está por terminar, pero afortunadamente el trabajo no se detiene y las obras de construcción hoy llegan a un nuevo punto, los acabados internos comienzan a ser una realidad y poco a poco van dibujando el rostro de lo que será mi hogar y que mejor etapa para cerrar el año que poder dar por finalizado el friso de toda la parte inferior de los mesones de la cocina, dar por terminada la colocación de bloques del pequeño tanque del cuarto de oficios y un avance en casi 90% en la instalación de la cerámica del baño, quedando solo en este punto la colocación de la cenefa y una línea más de baldosas.

El piso continúa siendo tratado para lograr curarlo y así poder sacar el brillo y la suavidad que se espera de él, mientras he probado con varias ceras y productos especializados, pero la verdad esta parece ser una tarea que costara tiempo y dinero, ya que hasta el día de hoy el mismo sigue estando muy áspero y con una resequedad que no da tregua. El baño ya tiene un nuevo rostro, la cerámica le brindo más claridad he increíblemente le aportó un ambiente mas fresco, a medida que todo avance se irán colocando los accesorios y el espacio ira tomando mejor forma.

Los mesones de la cocina ya fueron frisados y están a la espera de que se compre la cerámica que le brindara su diseño final, en cuanto a eso aún no está definido cual será el modelo a elegir, pero existe una gran posibilidad de que la parte superior sea adecuada con un exquisito porcelanato negro, con el cual se le daría al espacio un toque elegante y fino, pero aunque esta opción se mantienen es importante esperar a que el presupuesto del año que viene sea mayor y me permita generar todas las adecuaciones que quiero.

The utility room is undoubtedly the part of the house that presents the greatest delay, but with the assembly of the tank structure, I can say that most of it is finished, the construction of the laundry room would remain pending, the possible installation of the terracottas from the floor and finish the trimming of some walls, this is a room that I hesitate to do, but in the end I think it will be very useful, since it is a space completely separated from the house where you can wash comfortably and from where you can plan everything that will be the maintenance of the structure of the house in the future.

El cuarto de oficios es sin duda la parte de la casa que presenta un mayor retraso, pero con el armado de la estructura del tanque pues do decir que la mayor parte está terminada, quedaría pendiente la construcción del lavadero, la posible instalación de las terracotas del piso y culminar el frisado de algunas paredes, esta es una habitación que dude en hacer, pero al final creo que será muy útil, ya que es un espacio totalmente separado de la casa en donde se puede lavar con comodidad y desde donde se puede planificar todo lo que será el mantenimiento de la estructura de la casa en un futuro.

The year 2022 leaves with many stages completed and 2023 arrives where new challenges will dominate the panorama, it is just for this cycle where I hope to complete the electrical connection with the outside, the construction of the septic tank, the adaptation of the bathroom, the installation of doors, the completion of the kitchen and other finishes that the house is sorely lacking, while I will continue working on curing the floor and little by little I am sure that things will flow, I hope that this new year comes with many good news that I can share with you, and I have faith that the ideas I have in my mind have come true in the best way, in order not only to meet a goal, but also to achieve a nice and cozy home, which is my greatest dream. .

El año 2022 se va con muchas etapas concluidas y llega un 2023 en donde los nuevos retos dominaran el panorama, es justo para este ciclo en donde espero culminar la conexión eléctrico con el exterior, la construcción del pozo séptico, la adecuación del baño, la instalación de puertas, la culminación de la cocina y demás acabados que a la casa le hacen mucha falta, mientras seguiré trabajando en curar al piso y poco a poco estoy seguro de que las cosas irán fluyendo, espero que este nuevo año venga con muchas buenas noticas que pueda compartir con ustedes, y tengo fe en que las ideas que tengo en mi mente se han realidad de la mejor forma, para así no solo cumplir con una meta, sino lograr un hogar lindo y acogedor, el cual es mi mayor sueño.
