A Peacock resting on the tree

Hi everyone
My greetings to you
Hope you are doing well

Today I want to share a few pictures captured by me during my evening walk today. It has been so many days since we have not gone out in the evening. So today I decided to take my daughter to the nearby temple. Going to the temple always make me feel more peaceful. It's always good to say thanks to the God for the infinite blessings. Dakshu too always feel happier after visiting the temple due to the sweet parsaad she get there πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ only for the Parsaad she prefer to go to temple. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
So after darshan, as we were returning I found this Peacock resting on the branch of this tree. Generally many Peacocks visit the temple premises everyday may be there someone put grains for them. So earlier too I have seen this Peacock on this tree. But today the view was different as it was sitting on the branch at extreme right and so a beautiful view was formed. It looked like a painting, a beautiful painting created by nature itself. It looked beautiful so I captured a few pics to share with you all.

So here are the pics😊

Peacocks here generally drop all their colorful feathers by the festival of Diwali (Oct last or Nov starting). Then they get new feathers after dropping down all the old ones.
Peacock feathers are considered very auspicious in Hindu culture. Peacock is the national bird of India, and it is connected with Lord Krishna. If you ever see an idol of Sri krishna you will always find a peacock feather attached in his crown. So Peacocks are considered very auspicious and many people feed them with grains everyday.
