There is an old Ava city, which is an ancient cultural site, in the north of TadaOo town, Mandalay Region, Myanmar.
The old city of Ava was the seat of King's Palace more than two hundred years ago.
Now, the old city of Ava is just a rural area made up of villages.
In the old city of Ava, there is the Vakara Monastery.
Vakara Monastery was built with teak during the pre-colonial period during the reign of Yadanapoan Palace.
Therefore, Vakara Monastery is more than one hundred and fifty years old.
Our family visited the monastery.
I took a memory photo of my daughter on the monastery.
So that when my daughter comes of age, she will know that she has been to an ancient monastery that has existed for over hundred years.

ဗားကရာ ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း ကို ကျွန်းသစ်များဖြင့် ကိုလိုနီခေတ်မတိုင်ခင် ကုန်းဘောင်ခေတ် ရတနာပုံနေပြည်တော် နန်းစိုက်စဉ်က တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
သို့ဖြစ်၍ ဗားကရာ ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း သည် နှစ်ပေါင်း တစ်ရာ့ငါးဆယ်ကျော် သက်တမ်းရှိနေပါပြီ။
ထိုဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း သို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့မိသားစု အလည်အပတ် ရောက်ရှိခဲ့သည်။
