In my previous post, I said that I will do thread printing today. I had to buy a new watercolor for this. I bought both a watercolor and a new black notebook from stationery. The first thing I did on this new black notebook was thread printing. We had a fun activity with my little girl. My little girl made a thread print on a white sheet of paper. I used a black notebook as usual.
The materials I use for thread printing:
1 - Paper
2 - Watercolor
3 - Water
4 - Thread
Thread printing is an easy activity that anyone can do. It's easy, but sometimes great works of art can result in the end. I love that texture created by the thread print.
First of all, you dye your rope in different colors. You put the yarn you dyed between your notebook and pull it by pressing it.
And the result..
It could have been nicer but I couldn't take much care of it. I had to hurry a little.
This is a rope print made by my little girl on white paper.
