I honestly think it doesn't even have a story, the game basically is a shooter and our mission is to kill the whole damn world, everything is based on our gameplay and skill, I even dare to say that Unreal Tournament **doesn't need** any story or anything to be what it is, the game is perfect as it is, if the developers had added any story, I think it would have ruined everything... **The gameplay** of Unreal Tournament is the best thing it has, if we remember old titles like Doom or Quake, personally they are very similar in their gameplay since it is totally crazy and frantic, it is what I sometimes wonder nowadays, why don't exist videogames like this anymore? :c. Lógicamente no disfruté el juego apenas salió, pero cuando logré probarlo por primera vez, me pareció un grandioso *shooter* y estaba a la altura de toda la competencia, incluso de los **Half Life**. Sinceramente creo que ni siquiera tiene una historia, el juego básicamente es un shooter y nuestra misión es matar a todo el maldito mundo, todo se basa en nuestra jugabilidad y habilidad, incluso me atrevo a decir que Unreal Tournament **no necesita** ninguna historia ni nada para ser lo que es, el juego es perfecto así cómo está, si los desarrolladores hubiesen agregado alguna historia, creo que fuera arruinado todo... **La jugabilidad** de Unreal Tournament es lo mejor que tiene, si recordamos viejos títulos cómo Doom o Quake, personalmente son muy parecidos en su jugabilidad, ya que es totalmente alocada y frenética, es lo que a veces me pregunto actualmente, ¿Por qué ya no existen videojuegos así? :c. Al tener este estilo de juego también importará la habilidad que tengamos, y ese es otro punto **positivo** que me encantó de Unreal Tournament, depende de nosotros para ganar o perder. https://images.gog-statics.com/d1683758ecc856c57e464d7c4e4f3617b1e8db1c98070172e06353e8c5b36b54_product_card_v2_mobile_slider_639.jpg El juego tiene el modo **un jugador** y el **multijugador**, sinceramente nunca probé el juego en su modo multijugador, ya que con el modo de un jugador **basta y sobra**, y es aquí cuándo les digo que Unreal Tournament cuenta con una gigante variedad de **modos de juego**, actualmente no recuerdo con precisión sus nombres, pero recuerdo los mejores para mí y esos fueron: captura la bandera y last man standing, el de captura la bandera es un clásico, prácticamente está en una cantidad inmensa de videojuegos. Lo mejor de esto es que cada modo de juego tiene un montón de mapas, en total son 60 mapas distribuidos entre los distintos modos de juego, o sea, cada modo de juego tiene sus mapas. Por eso les digo que realmente el modo multijugador no lo vi necesario, incluso me atrevo a decir que no debe ser tan bueno cómo el modo un jugador. Una curiosidad que me gustaría comentarles es que los mapas de captura la bandera son **gigantes**, y están súper bien ambientados, incluso hay uno en la mitad del espacio y debemos correr por fuera de unas naves, una locura. https://www.retroaccion.org/sites/default/files/eventos/retroeuskal/2019/torneo_unreal/10_1.jpg Algo que sin duda es muy importante en los shooters, sobre todo en el modo **un jugador** es la inteligencia de los bots, aquí contamos con ocho niveles distintos de dificultad, y se los juro, juegan muy bien... No es el típico shooter cómo por ejemplo el CS 1.6 en dónde una vez que ya eres bueno empiezas a jugar con los bots y prácticamente los superas en nivel y el juego se vuelve aburrido, aquí te costará demasiado igualar a la **IA**, eso hace que se vuelva bastante competitivo y lo mejor es que podrás escalar mediante vayas progresando. **Unreal Tournament** es un juego muy versátil que te dará horas y horas de diversión, no recuerdo un juego con tantos modos y diferentes cosas como este. **Amé** la variedad de *armas* que existe, tenemos desde simples pistolas hasta una especie de rayo de luz, disfruté mucho un arma que era muy parecida a una mini-gun. Lo mejor es que al empezar las partidas tendrás que ir por todo el mapa buscando armas para ir mejorando, eso le da un toque de emoción. Si hablamos del apartado gráfico no podemos dejar atrás los escenarios y lo bien ambientado que está el juego, cómo les dije tiene un aspecto futurista, tanto en los trajes de nuestros enemigos, cómo en las estructuras y naves espaciales futuristas, el juego sinceramente es muy bonito, sobre todo las zonas fuera del mapa y las estructuras, un total acierto de parte de **Epic Games.** Siendo **Unreal Tournament** un juego loco y frenético, no podía faltar la banda sonora rápida y activa, me recuerda muchísimo a una música *tecno* con un toque de guitarra, es una mezcla muy extraña, pero combina demasiado con el estilo de este juego. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-3nCQMKRIQLc/UGYuu6IibMI/AAAAAAAAAWw/F2NObynngvk/s1600/207dea8daed460b3c9bdc43aadb.jpg # Pensamientos finales **Unreal Tournament** es un juego que tranquilamente puedes jugar por muchísimos meses sin aburrirte, la cantidad de modos de juegos y variedad de mapas simplemente te dan la posibilidad de no aburrirte por un largo tiempo, su estilo y dinámica hace que el juego se convierta en una adicción rápidamente, creo que mientras más lo juegas mejor lo pasas, es uno de sus puntos fuertes, la **cantidad de horas que te puede ofrecer**.
