Dear hivers friends..

The clocks on wall show at 04:35 am, the atmosphere began to quiet even though it was still in the atmosphere of the Ramadan, even though before, the number of people who are in one of the youth centers hangout in the city of Lhokseumawe "Dr. Kupie "is pretty stifling and you certainly do not get the location to casually sip a cup of coffee before the time of the imsak arrives.

The Minutes of imsak began to enter the clock "Sirens" which will be blown in every of the mosque, me and some colleagues still had time to inhale "Dirty Air" from the puff of tobacco smoke typical of Indonesia occasionally stifling chest, coffee is still unfortunately not if spilled, that's when an idea arose from one of My best friends @prabu,

"Where we are today would like to be hunting?!, we are bored also at home for all day, let there is activity in the of Ramadan, not to be sleeping for all days"

My friend's question immediately greeted with joy by my self "We go to Rimba Pase" How is it brader!? , let go home in afternoon hear the bedug for break time after".

Although this is not the first time me and some friends have been to be in the area, but when Rimba Pase became the choice of hunting destinations, the comrades more spirit let alone there is one object that did not get immortalized in first time visited there once.

My suggestion was immediately made by @my451r who was also discussing the choice of hunting destination in the early morning, although a little hesitant, but of course my friend can not refuse when the world of mine told about the Rimba Pase, describes a the natural forests of the north Aceh region that provide beautiful panoramas, and become one of the best turnover for creator content like himself.

"Ok, I am in, I went back home, pray and clean up, at 5:30 am I've been to the gathering point"

Said @my451r after hearing the little explaination I gave to those who were gathering at one table that morning while waiting for the seconds of the time came.

Rimba Pase/Pase Forest

Rimba Pase is a well known as the term for one of the tropical forests of North Aceh, Aceh-Indonesia province, although not on the map the name is could be found easily in every conversation of the people of Aceh, both in social media and in daily conversations. The forest, which borders on the settlements of rural communities in several sub-districts, both in North Aceh and Bener Meriah, is one of the most widespread tropical wilderness, even once a forest deeply feared by the Indonesian National Army to hunt down of many rebels hiding in the region such forests, steep cliffs, considerable territorial coverage are surely the best choice for guerrillas to apply guerrilla warfare tactics in the region during the period of the conflict.

But now after the peace agreement in Helsinky, Finland on August 2005 between rebels (Free Aceh Movement /GAM) and the Government (Indonesian Republic/RI), Rimba Pase is now one of the most conducive forests. Deforestation has also been carried out by the local government to raise the economy by making it a plantation of palm that is productive and worth a visit for the adventurers who are thirsty for the beautiful nature atmosphere in the forest wilderness of North Aceh district.

My adventure and some friends as follows are clear proof that the Aceh region is well worth a visit and guaranteed to be safe because the people of Aceh are currently enjoying enjoying peace after for 32 years post of conflict .

That Morning, We Failed Again

After gathering at the location we have done, "Limousine" as a horse for us to bring us to the sunrise hunters at Rimba Pase was on the run with a speed of 60 km / h, the track straight and climb we use for the rate Limousine is not feared even above the average speed .

FOR one hour Journey we began to arrive at the end of the asphalt road of the sub-district, the distance 32.5 Km was visible on the Limousine kilometer screen, the destination is not yet, although the majestic peak of Mount Sala located in the cluster of hills line the district of Aceh north bordering Bener Meriah Regency began to appear.

"This is a sunny weather Bro"

Said @prabu excited who just gawked out the window of Limousine to see the clouds of dark ash clad in the morning dew began to reddish, morning sun sign began to shine on the natural. This is our second time through Rimba Pase, the first time the weather is cloudy and rainy, nature is not friendly, the object we want to capture is not so satisfied the result at that time.

"Great, The sunrise moment this time in Rimba Pase definitely we got it!"

My vengeful grudge is so-so remember on our first adventure here a little disappointing at that time. Arriving in a settlement that we passed, for a moment me and some relatives stopped to witness the natural beauty that began to appear, Rimba pase still shrouded in the morning dew, the beauty of the cluster of hill lines is clearly visible from here, the settlement is in the village Sukadamai, Geureudong Pase Subdistrict, North Aceh regency.

Although our goal was to get the sunrise in that morning, we forgot about the sunrise, we got stuck in the beautiful scenery, and where the eye looked, the greenery was covered with the morning dew, the cool air, along with the chirping of the birds, we felt lost in the coolness Rimba pase in that morning.

"Got it bro !, we pull it out, the moment is not here, in another place, the sunrise is missed!"

@prabu again gave warning from a distance, as if in a hurry with the momentum he wanted to see, but two other relatives @my451r and @abieikram found a natural view that is equally beautiful in the same location, just adjacent, one on the east side and the other side of the west.

"Let's go buddy!! "

I greeted my two my friends, but instead of rushing to leave, I again saw the hidden natural beauty of Rimba pase, of course I would not miss it, it's a stunning beauty, from this position the palm plantations that appear along the foot of the Sala mountains seem to clarify , Deforestation has altered the form of part of the known tropical forest of the Jungle Rimba. After taking some object finally me and my relatives went to the location mentioned by the curator of Indonesia earlier, where the sunrise will be clear from the point of shooting that fit. Upon arriving at the location we were disappointed, the sun had gone through a beautiful period of nature, we missed the moment where the sun appeared on Geureudong mountain side, that morning we failed again.

Rubber, The Popular Plants in the 1990 Found Here

We did not want to dissolve in the second disappointment, although the sunrise that morning we can not be emerge on the side of Geureudong mountain, a trip through the rubber plantation of the local community we must pass.

1620365731462.jpg

Rubber has been a prima donna plantation plant in the era of the Orde Baru in the 1990s, the price that survives in the global market makes rubber one of the plants that have a very good prospect at that time, the rejuvenation of this plant had lasted several decades during the leadership of the second president of the Republic of Indonesia "Soeharto", but over time and the continued decline in rubber prices in the global market plus the competitiveness of this plant with other plantation crops make it not so interesting anymore today, even though some of the people here still make Rubber as one of the plantation crops supporting their economy .

Rubber trees are neatly lined artwork to plant the human style is one object that unfortunately when passed, some capture became a choice of trees Rubber, a popular plant in the 1990s that exist in this area.

Weekly Traditional Markets, Community Shopping Centers in the Rural Areas.

ABI_2990.JPG

The distance between the city center and the rural areas of Rimba pase makes it difficult for people to shop for their daily needs, traveling for tens of kilometers with rocky road conditions and climbing is certainly not a wise choice to supplement daily needs.

Traditional weekly market becomes one of the solutions as a shopping center for the community in the rural, various types of merchandise are transported with various types of vehicles coming from various regions outside the village to look for "Economic asylum" in community plantation centers that have sufficient financial results their plantations make a special blessing for the traveling traders who sell in traditional markets in the rural area.

Some relatives began to spread, they are busy with a variety of moments that do not want to miss just like that, I myself choose some objects for me at that time, it looks very enthusiastic people shop in the market that held once a week.

This market center lasts only a few hours, after the local people shop for daily necessities, the market closes and the traders return to their respective home areas, and they will return again the same day a week later, and so on, it goes on like that.

The Beautiful River Located In The Middle Of The Palm Oil Plantation Named "Krueng Pase/Pase River"
.

1620365731341.jpg

The time began to enter the noon hour, although hunting at the time of fasting of course did not dampen our adventure that day, in traditional markets we had visited previously we were told there is a beautiful river that is not far from the location, but must be a little careful, though can be traversed by four-wheeled vehicles, the road to the area with steep derivative conditions.

1620365731363.jpg

Hearing the good news, of course, we are increasingly excited to try to trace one of the streams mentioned as the third longest river in Aceh province, after Alas river and Peusangan.

1620365731348.jpg

From the residential location of the residents we have to go along with "Limousine" for several more kilometers to see the hidden natural beauty among the palm oil plantations owned by one of the private companies.

1620365731202.jpg

Sure enough, the steep streets and rocks are very visible to pass, forced us who had three in front of the bench should be to one of the relatives back to the front body Limousine does not run aground.

1620365731294.jpg

Throughout the palm plantation we were impressed, so the area of the plantation is scattered in the area of Rimba pase, after passing a decent distance, the beauty of the natural panorama that we headed finally visible from a distance, a steel frame bridge spanned over the river as a transport infrastructure from one village to another across the river.

1620365731249.jpg

The rocks, both large and small, seemed to fill the streams, as if they were reveling in the rushing flow of the river from upstream to downstream, the river in the middle of the palm oil plantation called "Kreung Pase/Pase River", I and some My friends have used this moment as well as possible which rarely explored it became the best gift to replace the sunrise that we did not get in that morning, well that's our steemian story once upon time in the Rimba Pase, Aceh-Indonesia.
