A completely authentic place located on the upper side of Kaplan Village of Tire district of Izmir. It is a charming establishment, which is equipped with lush green plants and flowers from its entrance to its interior design. When you sit by the window in the establishment, you will witness the view of Tire from the forest. There is no need to worry about sitting at other tables. Because the ceiling part of the place has such a decoration that each object has a different meaning.

Girişinden kısmından iç dizaynına kadar her tarafı yemyeşil bitki ve çiçeklerle donatılmış büyüleyeci bir işletme. İşletme içerisinde cam kenarına oturduğunuz zaman orman içerisinden Tire manzarasını şahitlik edeceksiniz. Diğer masalara oturdum diye üzülmeye hiç gerek yok. Çünkü mekanın tavan kısmı öyle bir dekora sahip ki her bir nesne ayrı anlam ifade ediyor.
Let me talk about the food a little bit then :) You can taste almost any non-poisonous herb that is freshly picked from the Tire mountains. I seem to see vegetarians already wondering. Red meat and white meat dishes are also served in the restaurant. While organic products of the region are served to the tables as appetizers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be requested upon preference.
Birazda yemeklerden bahsedeyim o zaman :) Tire dağlarından taze taze toplanan ve zehirli olmayan hemen hemen her otun yemeğini tadabilirsiniz. Vejerteryanların şimdiden merak ettiğini görüyor gibiyim. Ayrıca restoranda kırmızı et ve beyaz et yemekleri servis edilmektedir. Yöreye ait organik ürünler meze olarak masalara servis edilirken alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler tercihe göre talep edilebilir.
The employees of the business were very friendly and courteous individuals. They were very happy to serve us. They made us feel as if we were inside our own home. If you go, I definitely recommend you to have a nice dinner in the fresh air. By the way, it was very convenient in calculations. :D
İşletme çalışanları gayet güler yüzlü ve nazik bireylerdi. Kendileri bizlere hizmet etmekten gaye mutlu oluyorlardı. Sanki kendi evimizin içersindeymiş gibi hissettirdiler. Eğer yolunuz düşerse, temiz havanın içerisinde güzel bir akşam yemeği yemenizi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Bu arada hesaplarda gayet uygundu. :D
