Lunching Among the Trees at 3 Monkeys Restaurant

Hello everyone

Yesterday the weather was nice with a beautiful blue sky scattered with a few clouds and a very pleasant breeze to withstand the 30 degrees it currently is in Phuket. This was extremely good, as my husband and I had a lunch rendezvous with his brother-in-law and his wife, not to mention our young son, at the Three Monkeys, a restaurant located near Prince of Songkhla University.

The restaurant is nestled in the middle of a forest, surrounded by tall trees and nature. To get there, we had to take a small winding path up a hill. The road was shaded by trees on both sides and there was a spacious parking lot.

Three Monkeys is located in Hanuman World, a popular destination for adventurers who enjoy extreme activities. They offer packages like zip lining, rollerblading, and skywalks, which vary in price. If you're interested, you can make a reservation through their website or by calling.

When we arrived, there were a lot of people waiting in line. We didn't have a reservation and had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated.

While we were waiting in line, I took some pictures of the surrounding area. I really loved the atmosphere at Three Monkeys. The restaurant was surrounded by tall trees that provided plenty of shade. It was a really peaceful and tranquil place to be. As we waited, we were able to take in the beautiful natural surroundings and enjoy the fresh air. It was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Finally, a staff member led us to our table. The restaurant was really spacious and had several different zones. We sat on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The restaurant had a Balinese style, with large wooden tents with thatched roofs and outdoor sofas where you could enjoy the view.

The menu at Tree Monkeys really was diverse. They had a wide selection of local, Thai, and Western dishes, as well as a variety of desserts. There were also a lot of drink options to choose from. It took me a while to decide what to order, but I finally settled on the Wagyu steak and an apple soda.

When the food arrived, it looked and smelled amazing. The Wagyu steak was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender texture. It was served with a side of vegetables and a delicious sauce. The apple soda was refreshing and went well with the steak.

Overall, it was a great dining experience at Three Monkeys. The atmosphere was unbeatable, surrounded by nature and beautiful views. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

After finishing our full meal, my husband and his brother-in-law started chatting while I took some pictures of the restaurant area. The place was really spacious and had lots of great angles for photography. The standout feature was definitely the Balinese tents with their thatched roofs and unique design. I really liked the decor at Three Monkeys.

After we were all finished, we said our goodbyes and headed back home. It had been a really impressive and enjoyable lunch at the restaurant. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I was really glad we decided to have our lunch date at Three Monkeys and I was already looking forward to our next visit.
