Early bird

Some people are naturally waking up very early in the morning. I used to wake up around 5-6am but I stay in bed until I wanted to get up. It's suggested to be early to get up though. Do some exercises to wake you up. Or probably have a cup of coffee.

Of course, it's also important to sleep early. As much as possible, being in bed at 10am is good. If you can do it earlier, why not? That's what I'm trying. I just wanted to listen to my body when it says I should already be in bed. Remember, there's certain time frame when your body repairs your certain, that's when you are sleeping.
