(HCVC for short)
"What's that?" i hear you ask.
The Hive Community Voting Community (HCVC) is a community to initially facilitate equitable Community Consensus and Voting for Proposals and Governance of this Hive Community Voting Community, yet ultimately be open (and free) to all Hive users.
Community Voting in the context of this community can be more fully described as the use of a particular Concentrated Community Consensus and Voting System, which will be more fully described in further posts.

This community has been created by me @atma.love. I intend initially to fund some of the start-up operations of this community, until the tokenomics kick in to make it self-funded.
My preference is for this to be a not for profit type organisation (but not registered as such) owned by the members.
It may be however that the community members (m8's) vote on a proposal to make it partly into a for profit venture to help attract funding and development support.
My strong commitment is to ensure it is free for individual users, and for the software to be open source.
I have self-appointed myself to be a member of the initial Hive Community Voting Governance Group (HCVGG) which will consist of eight members who choose to assist in governing this community, probably for an initial 3 month term. Thereafter (or maybe earlier) a community election will be held (using the CVC consensus and voting system).
As the Community Consensus Voting DApp (CCVD) is developed and becomes useable, all members who sign in to use the Anonymous Consensus and Voting System (ACVS) will become the Governing Group of this community.
When the Community Consensus Voting DApp (CCVD) has been developed beyond Beta testing within this community, it will be offered to other Hive Communities, and to all users of Hive. Use of the CCVD will be free for individual Hive users.
There will be some sort of licence agreement and/or micro-payment for use of the system by other communities. The software will be Open Source.
The Tokenomics of the community will include a utility token (which can only be held by m8's ie. ACVS members) as well as a coin which can be held by those who are not yet m8's. Early adopters (including those posting, commenting and especially the first active 64 m8's in the ACVS, will very likely receive larger airdrops of the tokens.

Now, the above may all sound confusing and complicated. And it is somewhat, yet it can also be quite simple and highly effective (i think). The proof will be in the pudding, as they say.
So, let's put the ACVS to a test (although to begin it will only be pseudo-anonymous depending upon your Hive account level of anonymity).

Let's see if it can work together to create a Story Art Idea which is flowing through me.
Let's use this our new CVC to Design, Write, Manage and Distribute 3 collections of unique, human input crafted Digital Collectable Story-Art Cards.
The story told in the new m8's Digital Collectable Story-Art Cards will unfold card by card, a part of the story being told by each new m8, as each new m8 character card is minted as an #NFT in the HiveLeo NFT Showroom.
Perhaps there will also be a comic, to dive deeper into the story, and a book (where is it @matrix-8 :-), and a m8's Movie. Who know? Let's see how things play out.
The story told in the cards will be written by the initial Community Voting Governance Group (CVGG) consisting of eight members, but will in time become the Whole Community Governance Group.

this #DBuzz post and comments requesting artists to create the artwork for the Digital Collectable Story-Art Cards.
So i ask @jaytaylor, Jays friend (has he or she managed to open a Hive account yet Jay?), @eddiespino, @grisvisa @scrillz, @visualcreations and any anyone else interested, if you might also be willing to be part of the complete process, ie. be in the initial Governance Group of 8 people to create this project?
