I think and believe that before now, our emotions are what makes us human, because I don't believe we have anyone that may not be emotional in one way or the other, and it's perfectly normal to experience some emotional and overwhelming situations in life either negative or positive we tend to feel emotional in one way or the other.

I am an emotional being, but I don't allow my emotions to control my actions but I control my emotions either by my actions or deeds. Being emotional makes our lives exciting, unique, and vibrant. Understanding and learning to control our emotions open up the gates of happiness and living a balanced life, and that is attainable through emotional stability. Emotional stability gives us peace of mind,without losing our temper hurting ourselves nor others so easily. When we understand our emotions better, we’ll know the right response to unnecessary things. Becoming confident, composed, and emotionally secure help of tame our emotions.

Emotions can’t be eradicated. But they can be controlled. Controlling our emotions is of our great benefit, because it takes our thoughts to take remarks less personal be it negative or positive,also handling highly adverse conditions with wisdom, using our strengths to our advantage, as well as developing our ability to connect with others despite the anxiety.

Everything we perceive to be impossible through our unsecured emotional lifestyle is achievable. We just have to learn how to overcome our limiting beliefs. Chase away our fears and smash our obstacles with the power of emotional stability. Although taming our emotions is a collection of the most common and painful emotional insecurities and how it should be handled.

Oftentimes being emotional is what gives us this significant feeling that we embrace life fully and we’re not repressing our natural reactions, though when we allow our emotions to have full control of us it is termed to be insecurity. So Identifying and ditching out our worst forms of emotional insecurities, can also help to term our emotions such as arrogance, aggression, and overconfidence e.t.c. Emotional insecurities can be changed and improved by understanding the nature of our emotions and learning the pathways to handle them.

A healthy emotional expression involves finding a balance between overwhelming emotions or no emotions at all, as well as accepting our emotions is another way to tame it. It helps us to get more comfortable with them. Increasing comfort around intense emotions allows us to fully feel them without reacting in extreme and unhelpful ways.

In order to win back and control of our emotions, we have to first analyze ourselves to identify why the feelings come repeatedly. Sometimes feelings seem to just explode into our minds, and then we begin to dwell on them and feed them.

So taming our emotions is a crucial steps towards achieving emotional stability.
