What do you think is the role that encouragement plays in helping someone achieve their goals?
Encouragement makes a positive difference in one attaining his or her dreams in life. Being encouraged can boost one's self confidence and make one see reasons to keep striving even when the paths aren't straight.
Encouragement plays many roles in one's life. When one is encouraged, he or she is zealous to take action, and wants to try with confidence without a negative mindset.
Also, we believe that if something happens to a businessman, the encouragement he gets from family and friends are what would make this man want to bounce back, same with other cases. It would make this man realize that his journey has a destination and he has not yet reached that destination.
How important is it to you that someone encourages you to accomplish your goals?
Personally, I love getting encouragement from others. It helps me so much in attaining my goals. When I'm encouraged, there is this determined attitude I receive from nowhere. There is nothing as knowing they are people or someone who believes in you and keeps telling you something that keeps you pushing to make yourself and others proud.
How would you encourage someone to fulfill their dreams?
I believe that understanding someone's dreams and aspirations can help me in encouraging them to push without hesitation. Trying to commend their efforts and provide feedback where needed would help them improve. Encouragement should come in a loving and caring manner and not in a harsh and unsupportive way.
