Introduction:

The word 'fiction' presupposes something that is not real, something that is invented or untrue. A fictional character is therefore an imagined character that appears in a fictional work which could either be in a play, film, or narrative.

Most of us love watching movies, playing games and reading literature. In all of them you will definitely find many fictional characters possessing many qualities which may be a positive or negative ones as the case may be.

Favourite Fictional character:

I read a lot of books and also watch movies. That said, I've come across many fictional characters and it is pretty difficult to point out my favourite in all of them from the whole lot. But I'll have to stick to one for the purpose of this discourse. Now who could that be? Well, I'll settle for Annalise Keating of "How To Get Away With Murder".

The TV series "How To Get Away With Murder" is a legal thriller which stares [Viola Davis] as Annalise Keating, a well-known criminal defense attorney and law professor at Middleton University in Philadelphia. She chooses five of her first-year students to intern at her firm. They are: Wes Gibbins, Connor Walsh, Michaela Pratt, Asher Millstone, and Laurel Castillo - (The Keating 5). They collaborate with Annalise's staff, Frank Delfino and Bonnie Winterbottom, an associate lawyer.

The TV series which started airing sometime in September 25, 2014 has six seasons with fifteen episodes for each of the seasons.

Why Do I Like Her?

I chose Annalise Keating for varying reasons. The movie "How To Get Away With Murder" is centered on Annalise Keating, a criminal defense attorney and professor, who teaches a group of about five aspiring lawyers. Their lives are turned upside down when they become involved in a bizarre murder.

I went for Annalise Keating because of her boldness, firm, intelligence and mastery of the law. She is portrayed as having the key to unlock any difficulties encountered in the cases she handles in court. Even though she most times employs both conventional and unconventional means to produce results which makes her to appear as "a positive result oriented fellow". These qualities enumerated hereinabove endears me to her. She is also a fighter and has the 'never say never' attitude. A quality that most people in our present world 🌍 don't have. A big thumbs up for Annalise Keating.

What qualities Do I share With Annalise Keating?

Like I said earlier, Annalise Keating is intelligent, bold, courageous, firm and masters her profession very well. I too share these golden qualities with her and I also have the attitude to keep going even when things appear to be difficult.
