Hoy estoy presentando mi escritorio Linux Mint 21.3 “Virginia’’ Cinnamon y les hablo sobre la instalación del juego de Ajedrez y la razón por la que lo hago, además de darle el dato de algunas comunidades ligadas a este maravilloso juego.
El Ajedrez:
Hoy, voy a instalar el juego de ajedrez en mi equipo para comenzar a practicar. Una de las razones principales para instalar el ajedrez, es que es estuve leyendo un artículo bien interesante, el cual les dejo acá, donde indican siete grandes beneficios que el juego da a las personas que lo practican, que son los siguientes:
- Mejora el razonamiento matemático.
- Ayuda a prevenir el Alzheimer.
- Fortalece la capacidad de resolver problemas.
- Incremento de la capacidad lectora.
- Potencia, la imaginación y la creatividad.
- Mejora la concentración.
- Ayuda a las personas a entender las consecuencias de sus actos.
Por otro lado, aquí en nuestra red #Hive, hay una comunidad bien interesante de ajedrez, y finalmente, hay un compañero de la red llamado @rafaelaquino, que semanalmente publica jugadas de ajedrez y formas de hacer esas jugadas en sus posts y también publica sobre #Linux y #Python.

Y después de un tiempo de haberle seguido y comentado su post, me invitó a jugar a través de esta plataforma llamada Lichess, donde uno puede jugar en persona con varios participantes de la página y del mismo modo puedes jugar a distancia a través de un sistema llamado Correspondencia.
En fin, hay una comunidad enorme en internet con la cual se puede compartir y jugar ajedrez, lo que nos daría diferentes beneficios.
Por tal razón decidí instalar el ajedrez de Gmone y lo haré con un par clips a través de la Tienda de Software de #Linux Mint, que si es cierto tiene varias opciones de juegos de ajedrez, yo decidí bajar el de Gnome, debido a que fue el primero que baje hace unos años y es un software que conozco, aunque hasta ahora lo haya tenido abandonado.

Today I'm presenting my Linux Mint 21.3 “Virginia’ Cinnamon desktop and I'm going to tell you about the installation of the Chess game and the reason why I do it, besides giving you the data of some communities linked to this wonderful game.
Chess:
Today, I'm going to install the chess set on my computer to start practicing. One of the main reasons to install chess, is that it is I was reading a very interesting article, which I leave you here , where they indicate seven great benefits that the game gives to people who practice it, which are as follows:
- Improves mathematical reasoning.
- It helps to prevent Alzheimer's.
- Strengthens the ability to solve problems.
- Increased reading ability.
- Power, imagination and creativity.
- Improves concentration.
- It helps people to understand the consequences of their actions.
On the other hand, here in our #Hive network, there is a very interesting chess community, and finally, there is a fellow of the network named @rafaelaquino, who weekly posts chess moves and ways to make those moves in his posts and also posts about #Linux and #Python.

For that reason I decided to install the Gmone chess and I will do it with a couple of clips through the #Linux Mint Software Store, which if it is true has several chess game options, I decided to download the Gnome one, because it was the first one I downloaded a few years ago and it is a software that I know, although until now I have had abandoned it.
