I lasted until 10pm before I fell into bed, finished a survey I was doing sound asleep by half 10, That doesn.t happen to me a lot. I was shattered after messing my medication up. I slept quite well I thought until the morning when hubby told me I was fighting him through the night holding a conversation with him but can't remember any of it when I woke up. He has asked for all sharp objects to be taken out of the bedroom away from me.
I got up with hubby at 5.30 this morning, made him porridge & fruit for breakfast, don't do that very much, it gave him time to do other things instead of rushing around, Don't think I will be doing it again for a long time.
I have set an alarm on my phone to remind me to take my medication, Its really messed me up this time, I could have slept all day but needed a shower and new clean Pyjamas plus a shower would wake me up. Hubby got home from work at 4.30, he went into the shower first then started making us something to eat, I went in the shower after him, could have fallen asleep in there. I got dried as quick as I could as our food was ready. I still hadn't made the fruit crumble from a few posts away, hubby asked if it was made, it wasn.t but only took 5 minutes to prepare.
INGREDIENTS FRUIT CRUMBLE
Tin Of Rhubarb
Open tin and drain of as much liquid as you can, once the Rhubarb is drained add the fruit to a bowl add a little flour to the fruit, This helps dry up the liquid, add sugar and stir.
Crumble Shortbread biscuits, These are made with the exact same ingredients crumble is made from. Place biscuits into a bag and bash with a rolling pin until its a crumble mixture, place this on top of the fruit then cook for 30 minutes Gas mark 6.
We covered with a little Custard, it was delicious, so easy to make and very quick, I will definitely be doing this again Plus there is enough left for a portion each tomorrow. Hubby was very happy and a great way to use up some leftovers from Christmas.
We will be having a few early nights now hubby is back to work, he is coming home exhausted and has to get up for work at 5.30 in the morning.
Its now bedtime, I am still feeling drained so hopefully will sleep well tonight again and hopefully not attack hubby, shame I can't remember it.
