Hoy amigos de #hive les traigo esta publicación revelando una de mis aficiones favoritas, a parte de las que ya he demostrado por acá como lo son el #canto y #baile, está se trata de la gimnasia o estiramientos de pre-ballet.

Today, friends of #hive, I bring you this publication revealing one of my favorite hobbies, apart from those that I have already demonstrated around here such as #singing and #dancing, this is about gymnastics or pre-ballet stretches.

Desde que tenía 9 años siempre quería practicar este deporte pero lamentablemente el único lugar donde lo practicaban en mi ciudad me quedaba muy lejos y no tenía como y quién me llevará..... Puesto que nunca logré hacerlo oficial siempre en casa hacia estos estiramientos aprovechando la flexibilidad.

Since I was 9 years old I always wanted to practice this sport but unfortunately the only place where they practiced it in my city was very far away and I did not have how and who will take me ..... Since I never managed to make it official always at home towards these stretches taking advantage of flexibility.

Tiempo después cuando comence en las clases de baile, había un día que eran especiales para pre-ballet así que esto me encantaba el doble😍

Some time later when I started dancing classes, there was a day that they were special for pre-ballet, so I loved it twice as much😍

Y bueno siempre que tengo la oportunidad le dedicó un poco de tiempo a esto que me gusta y de verdad me encanta, que gracias a dios aún tengo mucha flexibilidad y a pesar de mi problemita en la rodilla puedo seguir haciendo esto.....

And well, whenever I have the opportunity, I dedicated a little time to this that I like and I really love, thank God I still have a lot of flexibility and despite my little knee problem I can continue doing this....

Ahora cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de hacer alguna pose-gimnasia para tomarme una foto lo hago 🤭
