Hoy me gustaría compartirles otra de mis reflexiones...
Today I'd like to share with you another of my reflections...
Siempre es bueno y sobre todo sano reconocer nuestras virtudes al igual que nuestros errores, pero en esta ocasión solo hablaremos de lo positivo.
It is always good and above all healthy to recognize our virtues as well as our mistakes, but this time we will only talk about the positive.
Antes de comenzar quisiera invitarlos a que ustedes hagan lo mismo, reconozcan los mejores aspectos de sus personalidades y siéntanse felices y orgullosos de ellos.
Before we begin, I would like to invite you to do the same, recognize the best aspects of your personalities and be happy and proud of them.
Mis virtudes y fortalezas | My strengths and virtues.
1| Compasión. | Compassion.🤗
Soy una persona muy compasiva, esa es una de las cosas que más me gustan de mismo y de la cual me siento orgulloso. No es fácil a veces ser compasivo por estos tiempos tan convulsivos que vivimos donde todos estamos ocupados de nosotros mismos, sin embargo siempre hay espacio en mi corazón para la compasión por otros.
I'm a very compassionate person, that's one of the things I like most about myself and am proud of. It is not easy at times to be compassionate because of these convulsive times we live in where we are all preoccupied with ourselves, however there is always room in my heart for compassion for others.
Por muy indiferente que quiera o pueda ser siempre termino involucrándome en los sentires de los demás y eso me lleva tender una mano y también a perdonar cuando es necesario; trato de no juzgar a nadie y de ponerme en los zapatos del otro porque sé que la condición de humanos y en general de seres vivientes nos hace merecedores de respeto, amor y compasión.
However indifferent I want to be or can be, I always end up getting involved in the feelings of others and that leads me to extend a hand and also to forgive when necessary; I try not to judge anyone and to put myself in the other's shoes because I know that the condition of humans and in general of living beings makes us worthy of respect, love and compassion.
2| Rebeldía. | Rebellion.😝😎
Soy un poco rebelde, en el buen sentido de la palabra, o a veces quizás mucho pero pensando en esto me siento feliz y orgulloso de que así sea pues vivo rodeado de mucha sumisión e indiferencia, cosas que no me agradan.
I am a little rebellious, in the good sense of the word, or sometimes maybe a lot but thinking about this I feel happy and proud that this is so because I live surrounded by a lot of submission and indifference, things that I do not like.
Cuando hablo de rebeldía quiero decir que soy una persona con criterio propio, me gusta que se respeten mis opiniones, decisiones y forma de ser y por eso respeto la de los demás.
When I talk about rebelliousness I mean that I am a person with my own criteria, I like my opinions, decisions and way of being to be respected and that is why I respect the opinions of others.
La rebeldía me ha permitido ver muchas cosas desde otro punto de vista que antes no conocía, también me ha ayudado para abrirme paso en medio de tantas adversidades e increíblemente aunque suene paradójico, la rebeldía me ha permitido comprender mejor como son y piensan los demás y de esa forma ser más empático aunque no esté de acuerdo con ellos.
Rebelliousness has allowed me to see many things from another point of view that I didn't know before, it has also helped me to make my way in the midst of so many adversities and incredibly, although it sounds paradoxical, rebelliousness has allowed me to better understand how others are and think and thus be more empathetic even if I don't agree with them.
3| Inteligencia. | Intelligence.🤓🤔
Otra de mis virtudes y una de mis favoritas, desde muy pequeño siempre fui un niño muy inteligente que se adelantaba a sus compañeros de estudio, eso me ayudó a que los cosas fueran un poco más fáciles y me permitió adquirir una madurez ajena a mi edad.
Another of my virtues and one of my favorites, from a very young age I was always a very intelligent child who was ahead of his classmates, that helped me to make things a little easier and allowed me to acquire a maturity foreign to my age.
Mi inteligencia me ha permitido ampliar mis conocimientos y algunas de mis destrezas lo que me permite ser un poco auto-didacta pero aunque soy inteligente tengo que reconocer que a veces soy muy poco sabio.
My intelligence has allowed me to expand my knowledge and some of my skills which allows me to be a little self-taught but although I am intelligent I have to admit that sometimes I am very unwise.
Como saben la inteligencia por sí sola no es suficiente, hace falta sabiduría para ir mejorando y aprendiendo en esta vida, pero supongo que con el tiempo iré mejorando.
As you know intelligence alone is not enough, it takes wisdom to improve and learn in this life, but I suppose that with time I will improve.
Podría hablarles de más rasgos de mi personalidad al igual que también de mis fallas como persona pero no quiero abusar, por hoy siento que ya he hablado mucho de mi, ahora me gustaría saber más de ustedes.
I could tell you more about my personality traits as well as my faults as a person but I don't want to abuse, for today I feel that I have already said a lot about myself, now I would like to know more about you.
Recuerden, todos tenemos luz y oscuridad en nuestros interiores, lo importante es lo que hacemos con ello.
Remember, we all have light and darkness inside us, the important thing is what we do with it.
