Últimamente he estado leyendo autores que se sienten alicaídos, expresan sentir que la plataforma se encuentra en un punto muerto y muestra de ello es el poco nivel con el que cuenta #Hive en el mercado de criptoactivos sumado a la poca notoriedad que tiene la plataforma respecto a otros medios.
Lately I've been reading authors who feel that the platform is at a standstill and this is shown by the low level that #Hive has in the cryptoactive market, added to the little notoriety that the platform has with respect to other media.
Sinceramente he notado cierto ambiente de recato en #Hive, me refiero a una caída en las interacciones e iniciativas que fomentan la participación - aunque eso no signifique que no haya usuarios y comunidades que estén haciendo un gran esfuerzo - es como que si el distanciamiento social haya traspasado las fronteras físicas y se hay instaurado en nuestra plataforma.
I have sincerely noticed a certain atmosphere of modesty in #Hive, I mean a drop in the interactions and initiatives that encourage participation - although this does not mean that there are not users and communities that are making a great effort - it is as if social distancing has crossed physical boundaries and has been established in our platform.
Ciertamente si noto que algo ha cambiado aunque no podría definir de que se trata, solo noto las diferencias a nivel de cambios en el número de publicaciones de muchos usuarios y las repercusiones que estas tienen, parece ser que todo se ha resumido a publicar y obtener ganancias dejando de lado la interacción tan valiosa y característica de #Hive.
Certainly if I notice that something has changed, although I could not define what it is, I only notice the differences in the level of changes in the number of publications of many users and the repercussions that these have, it seems that everything has been summarized to publish and to obtain profits leaving aside the so valuable and characteristic interaction of #Hive.
Tengo un año en esta plataforma y luego de la bifurcación de Steemit esta ha sufrido grandes cambios, siempre ha contado con el respaldo de todos sus usuarios pues la sentimos propia y los augurios para ella siempre han sido los mejores. Personalmente nunca esperé encontrarme con un escenario como este, y en el fondo creo que no se trata de algo decisivo ni tampoco duradero, a mi parecer solo es uno de esos momentos cuesta arriba que a toda plataforma, red, emprendimiento, empresa y por supuesto personas, nos toca vivir.
I have been working on this platform for a year and after the Steemit fork, it has undergone great changes. It has always had the support of all its users, because we feel it is our own and the expectations for it have always been the best. Personally, I never expected to find a scenario like this, and deep down I believe that it is not something decisive or even lasting. In my opinion, it is just one of those moments uphill that every platform, network, enterprise, company and of course people have to live through.
Soy un optimista empedernido, rayando a veces en lo idealista, y creo que es eso lo que no ha permitido que mi actividad decaiga y desmejore; cada día trato de esforzarme al máximo para que mi contenido en la plataforma sea no solo de calidad sino motivador, que inspire a otros y los motive a seguir acá. #Hive no es solo un lugar para monetizar nuestro contenido, va mucho más allá, y está en nuestras manos ver porque así sea por lo que debemos seguir dejando todo en cada publicación.
I am an inveterate optimist, sometimes bordering on the idealistic, and I believe that this is what has not allowed my activity to decline and get worse; every day I try to do my best so that my content on the platform is not only of quality but also motivating, that it inspires others and motivates them to continue here. #Hive is not just a place to monetize our content, it goes much further, and it's in our hands to see why we should continue to leave everything in each publication.
Entiendo que muchos se sientan alicaídos o incluso cansados y no los juzgo, pero mi llamado es a los otros, aquellos que todavía nos sentimos con la energía suficiente para seguir llevando a #Hive hasta lo más alto, hasta la luna. Sigamos dando lo mejor de nosotros, innovemos, seamos creativos, inventivos y resolutivos, vamos a mostrar lo mejor de cada uno, tanto así que seamos capaces de atraer a nuevos usuarios.
I understand that many people feel weak or even tired and I don't judge them, but my call is to the others, those of us who still feel energetic enough to keep taking #Hive to the top, to the moon. Let's keep on giving our best, let's innovate, let's be creative, inventive and resolute, let's show the best of each one, so much so that we are able to attract new users.
Nos tocará comernos la fruta verde por algún tiempo pero tengamos en cuenta que antes que nosotros ya muchos lo han hecho, y es por eso que hoy contamos con esta gran plataforma. Si seguimos trabajando y esforzándonos al máximo estoy seguro que llegará el momento de comernos la fruta madura y habremos hecho nuestro trabajo.
We will have to eat the green fruit for some time, but keep in mind that before us many have already done so, and that is why today we have this great platform. If we continue working and making our best effort I am sure that the time will come to eat the ripe fruit and we will have done our job.
Sé que algunos se preguntaran como hacer comunidad en #Hive cuando muchos de sus participantes no están siendo parte activa de esta, y sinceramente no lo sé; sé que es vital la participación activa de todos para el correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma y aunque las cosas no están iguales son muchos los que están haciendo un trabajo increíble con la cadena de boques por ejemplo, y es a ellos a quienes apuesto por eso los invito a reflexionar un poco y comencemos a valorar el gran trabajo que se está haciendo.
I know that some will ask how to make community in #Hive when many of its participants are not being an active part of it, and I sincerely do not know; I know that it is vital the active participation of all for the proper functioning of the platform and although things are not the same, there are many who are doing an incredible job with the chain of boques for example, and it is to them that I invite you to reflect a little and begin to value the great work that is being done.
Algo que me gustaría decir es que no podemos hacer las cosas solo por hacerlas es por ello que debemos reflexionar. Mejorar lo que podamos mejorar o incluso eliminar estrategias que de alguna forma sean dañinas para #Hive, nuestras opiniones siempre serán importantes y es bueno que las hagamos conocer.
Something I would like to say is that we cannot do things just for the sake of doing them, that's why we must reflect. Improve what we can improve or even eliminate strategies that in some way are harmful to #Hive, our opinions will always be important and it is good that we make them known.
Quiero cerrar amigos dejando un mensaje de optimismo, nada ha sido fácil para ninguno y #Hive ha sido el resultado de grandes esfuerzos por eso los invito a que no le dejemos perder, al contrario que llevemos a #Hive hasta lo más alto, hasta la luna.🔝🚀🌙
I want to close friends leaving a message of optimism, nothing has been easy for anyone and #Hive has been the result of great efforts that's why I invite you not to let it lose, on the contrary we should take #Hive to the top, to the moon.🔝🚀🌙
