Let's Do This - Thoughtful Daily Post

I know that Monday does not have the best reputation, and for many years I shared the sentiment of so many others in that respect... but, everything in life is about perspective. The angle at which you look at things can (and will) change it all. It really should not matter what day of the week it is! Being passionate about what you do with the hours in your day or simply the gratitude of the day itself should be enough to eradicate stigmas like that.

I read something a little earlier and it put the biggest smile on my face because it resonated precisely what I was thinking and am busy sharing with you...

Dear Monday, thanks for having the word "Mon" in you. That's French for "mine" in case you weren't aware Monday - but it makes me think of you more as "my day" and frankly, that sounds like a much more promising start to the week.

Life right now, around the world is filled with many challenges for a lot of us, but we can still do our best to look on the bright side. We can still seek out the positives, however small and step into the start of the week with optimism, determination and passion.

So... this is my reminder to YOU and to myself that we can all handle whatever this week ahead has in store for us. Monday is not a day to be back at "the grindstone", it is the day to be back at your passions or the pursuit of them.

So, take a deep breathe - inhale the inspiration, trust yourself. You can, you should... and if you are brave enough, you will! Everything is a state of mind. Let's do this! Mondays are just mini new years ;)

Doable steps

Happy Monday peeps!

❤❤❤

Until next time...
