In today's times, many people is very prone to fear, depression and sadness. Which is a propellant, to make us weaken our immune system to the lowest level and therefore make us very vulnerable to any disease or virus. That is why we must do everything possible to keep our immune systems strong. Because a person with an elevated immune system is self-protected against the presence of any disease or virus. For that reason I propose some tips, which automatically raise your immune system.

1.- If you are not one of those who likes to have a routine of forced exercises, then DANCE. Yes, create your own dance routine whenever you want, put on the music you like and dance! Have fun! As long as your body gives you, but dance and do it every day that you can.
By dancing you are not only having fun, but your body is doing a fun exercise. And you will free yourself of the stress that causes the fear and that will strengthen your immune system.


2.-Laugh whenever you can, laugh at yourself and make a joke every time you make a mistake in something, laugh at your face when you get up, look for anything that makes you laugh. Try to find the fun in everything.
Laughter increases the vibration of energy and therefore also stimulates your immune system.


3.- Do not watch programs on television that only talk to you about what you already know and activate your fear, try to watch programs of relaxing and fun things, nothing that has to do with things that make you nervous or scared, do not watch those programs more, that they only talk about the same thing. Many times the media touch on these types of topics just to gain an audience, regardless of whether you are filled with fear and uncertainty. They are only interested in gain audience. So don't see them, don't listen to them anymore. For now…


4.-Run away from people who only talk about sad topics, or their fear. Or depressed people, that you already have to do your mastery in trying to stay harmonious (or) and calm (or), to keep yourself healthy and therefore your immune system elevated.


5.- Maintain a healthy diet, to keep your body healthy. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Herbal infusions are also very appropriate, they are healthy and help you to have a good sleep. Drink a lot of water.


6.-Take 1 teaspoon of pure honey every day on an empty stomach. But if you want, take it two more times during the day.


7.- Cut some onions in half, place them in the corners of your room the rest of your house and it will collect any bacteria that are in the environment. Meditating means connecting with your interior, breathing and listening to your silence, or a relaxing music, while you close your eyes where you are and connect with the harmony of the music.

In conclusion, we know that there are many beneficial things that we can keep our minds occupied with.
