I myself have been collecting (harvesting) Ivan tea for more than nine years. For a long time, the whole family has not been drinking any other teas, except Ivan-tea. I also love to experiment with this wonderful and healthy plant. That is, trying to find something new in the manufacture of tea, adding medicinal and medicinal herbs to it, of which we have a lot in the district, you just need to make some efforts to collect all this during the summer season. Well, and then, starting from autumn and further in the winter period and again until the next summer season - enjoy everything that has been collected and what has been done. Ivan-tea tea is very aromatic, tasty and healthy!

Here is the first preparation of Ivan-tea for a trial batch of loading into an autoclave, in order to make an extract from the leaves and obtain a concentrate, which in its usefulness helps to cure many ailments, even oncology. The tea should stand for 2-3 months - this is the ripening time. After this period, he acquires an extraordinary aroma or bouquet, which will further manifest itself every month. The most delicious tea is the one that is already a year old or more. Then it acquires the same tea aroma and wonderful taste that no one will ever confuse with any teas. There are three types of tea that I get from fermentation - light when green tea. Medium, when the tea is already darker orange in color and deeper in taste. And black tea, when fermentation increases in several days (2-3 days or more), but the main thing here is not to overexpose... otherwise the tea will be lost! And what kind of tea to drink is everyone's choice. Someone loves green tea, while someone likes only black! To each his own.
