Saludos mis queridos amigos de @Hive, bienvenidos a mi blog.

Hoy con mucha alegría quiero compartir con todos ustedes la culminación del primer momento pedagógico de los estudiantes de la institución educativa CD Benito Puche, en la cual trabajo actualmente.

Con el pasar de los años hemos ido experimentando una transformación curricular, que se va adaptando según mi concepto muy personal a las necesidades actuales de la sociedad, lo cual no ha sido vista y mucho menos aceptada por muchos colegas y uno de sus grandes obstáculos ha sido la inclusión de una nueva área de formación denominada Grupo de creación, recreación y producción también conocida con las siglas (CRP).

El CRP, está dirigido básicamente a brindarle ciertas herramientas necesarias para que el individuo en formación cuente con ciertas ideas que le ayuden de soporte y estrategia para desarrollar un trabajo alterno a una carrera profesional o en el peor de los casos sino tiene pensado realizar estudios universitarios, está área le permite aprender un arte que va dirigido según el interés de cada estudiante y el cual pueda ser usado por ellos para una sostenibilidad económica en su futuro. En el caso de los estudiantes del CD Benito Puche, tienen una gran diversidad de CRP en el cual puede incluirse y aquí les presentaré los resultados trabajados en cada uno de ellos.

Tenemos un grupo que se dedicó a la elaboración de motivos navideños con material de provecho y otros de fácil y económico costo de adquisición, en el elaboraron cintillos, arbolitos, imágenes de Santa Claus y muchos otros más que fueron de gran utilidad para decorar y brindarle ese ambiente navideño a nuestra institución, todos en este grupo estaban muy motivados con cada uno de los detalles que elaboraron durante las horas asignadas.

Otras de las habilidades que se potencio dentro de la institución educativa fue el de enseñar a las chicas el arte de arreglar, pintar y decorar las uñas de las manos y de los pies, situación que tiene a todos sus miembros muy atentos, ya que aquí este es una de los principales actividades económicas que se llevan a cabo en mi comunidad y que puede ser desarrollada por todo aquel que quiera aprender y sobre todo que se atreva a ejercer.

En esta misma línea de ideas varios de los grupos que se están trabajando se han enfocado en el cuidado, belleza y preservación de la mujer, ya que otro de los grupos que están trabajando es el de maquillaje, cuidado de cejas y montura de pestañas y como todos se podrán imaginar estos son uno de los grupos que más full esta, ya que como mujeres siempre estamos atentas a buscar técnicas que nos cuiden y nos permita mantenernos bella y hermosas, es más me quede asombrada cuando vi como una niña de apenas 12 años maquillaba a su compañera con aquella facilidad, ya que yo básicamente trabajo con labial, delineador de ojos y polvo compacto y al ver la técnica que emplea pude ver que el maquillaje es algo complejo y que tengo muchas cosas que abordar.

También tenemos un grupo de trenzado del cabello y peinados sencillos, cosa que tampoco tengo mucho conocimiento, pero como siempre lo he mencionado yo soy un libro abierto con mis páginas en blanco, pero con una pluma lista para iniciar a escribir nuevos aprendizajes en mi vida que sean de gran ayuda a mi crecimiento. Asimismo tenemos un grupo encargado de justamente de ello de plasmar a través de un pincel y un lienzo sus más hermosas inspiraciones y aquí les muestro parte de sus avances.

El aprender abordar es algo que se debe hacer con pasión y paciencia y esto si lo aprendí cuando estaba en la espera de mi segundo bebe a quien le borde unas hermosas toallas y hoy disfruto ver cómo estas niñas comienzan su adiestramiento en el proceso de bordado, lo que demuestra corazón y amor en cada uno de sus trabajos. Del mismo modo, tenemos un grupo de estudiantes dedicados a la confección de corte y costura de ropa en general, en este primer momento nos muestran la elaboración de una franela y esto es un gran avance para este equipo.

Uno de los grupos que también me llamo mucho la atención es el de pequeños emprendedores, el potenciar el liderazgo y la visión de empresario en los jóvenes desde una temprana edad es algo que debemos tener en cuenta todos como educadores, ya que le estas aportando excelentes estrategias para un futuro cercano y sobre todo el que ellos proyecten sus metas y organicen sus planes a futuro, ellos decidieron crear un suéter que los identificara como su marca individual y comenzar de esta manera a hacer algo de marketing.

Como buenos comensales que somos todos, también tenemos grupos encargados de la elaboración de exquisiteces que nos hacen agua la boca como el de repostería, comidas típicas de nuestra región y dulces de Catatumbo, con los cuales pudimos deleitarnos y endulzarnos la mañana durante el desarrollo de la actividad con una muestra de estos ricos dulces.

Finalmente aun cuando yo no formo parte de ningún grupo de CRP, quede encantada con los avances mostrados en este primer momento pedagógico con lo cual podemos constatar que el talento de cada persona es algo que necesita ser alimentado y quienes más que nosotros mismos como docentes para ser de inspiración y aliento para las nuevas generaciones del mañana para que inicien sus actividades alternas a sus estudios y puedan generar un ingreso extra que sin duda alguna será de gran ayuda y apoyo para todos sus familiares y para ellos mismos, por ello quiero animarles y resaltar a que estas actividades es algo que se deben continuar realizando desde el enfoque educativo.

PRESENTATION OF THE CRP GROUP SAMPLES

Greetings my dear friends of @Hive, welcome to my blog..

Today with great joy I want to share with all of you the culmination of the first pedagogical moment of the students of the educational institution CD Benito Puche, where I currently work.

Over the years we have been experiencing a curricular transformation, which is being adapted according to my very personal concept to the current needs of society, which has not been seen and much less accepted by many colleagues and one of its major obstacles has been the inclusion of a new training area called Group of creation, recreation and production also known by the acronym (CRP).

The CRP is basically aimed at providing certain tools necessary for the individual in training to have certain ideas that will help support and strategy to develop an alternative work to a professional career or in the worst case if they do not plan to pursue university studies, this area allows you to learn an art that is directed according to the interest of each student and which can be used by them for economic sustainability in their future. In the case of the students of the CD Benito Puche, they have a great diversity of CRP in which they can be included and here I will present the results worked in each one of them.

We have a group that was dedicated to the elaboration of Christmas motifs with useful materials and others of easy and economical acquisition cost, in which they elaborated ribbons, trees, images of Santa Claus and many others that were very useful to decorate and provide that Christmas atmosphere to our institution, everyone in this group was very motivated with each of the details that they elaborated during the assigned hours.

Another of the skills that was enhanced within the educational institution was to teach the girls the art of arranging, painting and decorating the nails of the hands and feet, a situation that has all its members very attentive, since this is one of the main economic activities that are carried out in my community and that can be developed by anyone who wants to learn and above all that dares to exercise.

In this same line of ideas several of the groups that are working have focused on the care, beauty and preservation of women, since another of the groups that are working is the makeup, eyebrow care and eyelashes and as everyone can imagine these are one of the groups that more full this, As women we are always looking for techniques that take care of us and allow us to stay beautiful and beautiful, I was amazed when I saw how a girl of only 12 years old made up her partner with such ease, since I basically work with lipstick, eyeliner and compact powder and seeing the technique used I could see that makeup is something complex and that I have many things to address.

We also have a group of hair braiding and simple hairstyles, which I don't have much knowledge either, but as I have always mentioned I am an open book with my pages blank, but with a pen ready to start writing new learning in my life that will be of great help to my growth. We also have a group in charge of capturing through a brush and a canvas their most beautiful inspirations and here I show you part of their progress.

Learning to tackle is something that must be done with passion and patience and this is something I learned when I was expecting my second baby for whom I embroidered some beautiful towels and today I enjoy seeing how these girls begin their training in the embroidery process, which shows heart and love in each of their works. In the same way, we have a group of students dedicated to sewing and cutting clothes in general, in this first moment they show us the elaboration of a flannel and this is a great advance for this team.

One of the groups that also called my attention is the group of small entrepreneurs, promoting leadership and entrepreneurial vision in young people from an early age is something that we should all take into account as educators, as you are providing excellent strategies for the near future and especially that they project their goals and organize their future plans, they decided to create a sweater that identifies them as their individual brand and thus begin to do some marketing..

As good eaters that we all are, we also have groups in charge of the elaboration of mouth-watering delicacies such as pastries, typical foods of our region and sweets from Catatumbo, with which we were able to delight and sweeten our morning during the development of the activity with a sample of these delicious sweets..

Finally, even though I am not part of any CRP group, I was delighted with the progress shown in this first pedagogical moment with which we can see that the talent of each person is something that needs to be nurtured and who more than ourselves as teachers to be of inspiration and encouragement for the new generations of tomorrow to start their alternative activities to their studies and can generate an extra income that will undoubtedly be of great help and support for all their families and for themselves, Therefore, I want to encourage and emphasize that these activities are something that should continue to be carried out from an educational approach..
